You
are
currently
checking
out
the
Food
and
Ferrari
tour
offered
by
Amazing
Italy
Tours.
If
you’re
anything
like
me,
this
means
you
enjoy
Italian
food
but
probably
don’t
really
appreciate
how
it’s
made,
and
you
love
seeing
Ferraris
but
rarely
get
the
chance
to
do
so.

I
was
in
your
shoes
several
months
ago.
I
visited
and
revisited
the
web
page
before
finally
deciding
to
sign
up
for
our
day
in
Emilia-Romagna
where
Andrea,
our
tour
guide,
and
Riccardo,
our
driver
showed
us
the
region
they
love
and
know
so
well.
With
them,
we
saw
and
learned
more
about
the
region,
its
people,
and
their
commitment
to
excellence
in
producing
the
food
and
cars
that
are
sought
all
over
the
world.
All
of
our
interactions
with
the
Amazing
Italy
Tours
team
were
friendly,
professional,
and
prompt.
Diana
and
Olga
answered
all
of
our
questions
pre-tour.
Andrea
and
Riccardo
reserved
the
day
for
us,
picked
us
up
from
our
hotel
and
whisked
us
into
the
countryside.
We
began
our
day
visiting
a
family
farm
that
produces
Parmigiano
Reggiano,
followed
by
a
tour
of
a
prosciutto
factory.
Each
stop
included
generous
tasting
portions.
From
there,
we
went
to
the
famous
Ferrari
Museum
in
Maranello.
We
have
visited
many
auto
museums
in
the
past,
but
nothing
compares
to
this.
You’ll
see
modern
and
vintage
Ferraris
elegantly
displayed.
We
were
given
time
to
view
the
museum
at
our
own
pace,
and
when
we
were
done,
we
went
to
a
local
restaurant
for
an
excellent
meal.
To
cap
off
the
day,
we
visited
a
multi-generational
family
owned
Balsamic
Vinegar
production
facility
and
got
to
taste
(and
purchase
if
so
desired)
authentic
Balsamic,
which
is
so
good!
A
quick
aside:
whether
you’re
going
to
Italy
on
a
tour
that
stops
at
the
familiar
cities
of
Rome,
Florence,
and
Venice—all
amazing
cities
not
to
be
missed—or
arranging
your
own
itinerary,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
set
aside
a
few
extra
days
to
go
to
Bologna,
the
launching
point
for
this
tour.
Getting
to
Bologna
from
any
of
those
cities
is
easy
to
do
using
Italy’s
excellent
railway
network.
I
had
no
idea
how
much
I
would
enjoy
Bologna
itself
and
now
look
forward
to
returning
there
some
day.
And
while
you
are
seeing
Bologna,
go
the
extra
mile
and
go
on
the
Food
and
Ferrari
tour.
If
you
are
debating
whether
or
not
to
take
the
tour…do
it.
You
will
be
so
happy
you
did.
We
had
high
expectations
for
our
tour,
and
Amazing
Italy
Tours
somehow
managed
to
surpass
them.
It
was
the
highlight
of
our
trip!
