I’ve ordered from here a couple of times since they opened, not once have they got my order correct. They either forget something in the order or completely give you the wrong food. For some reason their portion size is always smaller than other chicken cottage branches, and hardly use any sauce/salad. They really need to step it up, for a new restaurant in the area they’re not doing well to build loyal customers. Don’t bother trying to call them they will never answer the phone. Very disappointed.

Staff do not have a clue what they are doing ordered here and asked for. 2 piece meal nice and simple and they staff member said they don’t do a 2 piece meal they do it separate with extra for the drink what chicken shop doesn’t do. 2 piece meal. And then the amount of chips given was like a 10 fries this branch really let’s the franchise down as never have a problem with tooting and Gatwick branch

First time eating at this establishment ..by far the WORST experience ive had in my life. Orders pizza and chicken wrap. Pizza base was nice but thats about it. The tiny amount of sauce that was on the base had no flavour, there was hardly no toppings. The chicken wrap itself was absolutely disgusting...was rubbery and luke warm and it wasnt cooked properly as was still little bit pink. I wouldnt even recommend to anyone. PLEASE AVOID

Waited 8 minutes to be served with one person already ordered and waiting. There were two staff at the back talking, laughing and joking looked at me 3 times and ignored me. I then called over politely which I was approached with aggressive attitude and asked what do I want. I asked for a two peice and chips. I was told there was only one peice of chicken ready, so I changed too a 1 peice and 3 wings, which I was told there was only one wing ready! I didn’t understand why there wasn’t any chicken ready to which I was told by the guy what don’t I get, am I stupid? Maybe I should go few doors down to McDonald’s. Of which I did as my parking ticket was going to run out. It’s supposed to be fast food. I have never been treated like this in any establishment before and the fact the place only opened a week ago shows me that that people like that will bury a business like this. I’d love to speak too a rep or supervisor but no point of contact or replies to email for an email address I have sent my compliant too. I would suggest avoiding the place unless you enjoy long waits, bad attitudes and I’d suspect the food won’t be promising at this rate!!! It was a terrible chicken shop before it became chicken cottage a little over a week ago, but I think the same staff sti work there! Shocking please do t waste your time or money….

I come to the shop and waiting little bit to order food I showed the guy what I want and I also made a list on my phone the guy didn’t even bothered to ask me anything and he actually didn’t care what I just ordered I am absolutely disappointed because of the wrong order poor customer service please find someone who speaks proper English. 😡 I prefer KFC over Chicken Cottage

One guy who understood very little English appeared to be running the show, so service was slow. Although I did hear another guy at the back somewhere coughing his guts out repeatedly, probably over the food. Front dining area dirty with rubbish all over the place. No menus anywhere so you can't tell what they actually sell. Got a couple of pieces of fried chicken and chips. Chips were ok, chicken was at least cooked ok but the seasoning had so much salt I literally could only taste salt and nothing else trying to eat it. This place needs to be replaced with something else.

Usually they're food's not bad, it's just the service that ruins it. I STOOD IN THAT SHOP FOR OVER 10 MINUTES WAITING TO BE SERVED, I saw they were busy so I waited until they could come to the till, they made eye contact with me but completely ignored me and served another customer who practically just walked in, I was so annoyed and walked out, So rude and unprofessional, didn't even bloody say to wait or anything 😒

I would definitely never eat there again the hygiene is terrible we was misrepresented over a deal that was suddenly removed and prices tripled even though the deal was still on display after paying full wack there was no chips in the meal and had to pay again to get them and to my horror when i opened my chicken burger it had been dressed with savoy cabbage and not lettuce really !!!!! What a joke shop never again never again

Rubbish service, took an hour to deliver, called up to check very rude over the phone! Food was very bad!

Bought a chicken meal tonight and the chips where obviously fried in the oil they used to fry spicy chicken or the cheese bites, the chios burning my mouth with a hot spice , couldn't eat the meal as mouth on fire ,never eat there again

I don’t think i have ever tasted anything as bad as the Mountain meal and spicy wings from chicken cottage, Horrible taste had to throw it all in the bin feeling bad.

Ordered via Uber Eats, chicken was almost cold. Came down with food poisoning the following morning at 3am. Really gross and won't be ordering from here in future.

Love the chicken but timekeeping is absolutely god awful. In the past three months on almost every occasion the shop is never open on time. They need to update opening times and not leave people waiting outside in the cold only to then be told they have to wait another half hour to open when it comes to 11am

I have visited Chicken cottage Orpington yesterday afternoon , I must say that their Grilled fillet burger is the best that I have ever had, staff were friendly and the shop was very cleaned. I will be going back again.

They initially charged me £13 for a full peri peri chicken when is ordered half a chicken which should be £9.75. They corrected this when I pointed it out. Very small portion of fries. Chicken was very undercooked that I struggled to cut it off/pull it off the bone. So much chicken was wasted and not eaten because of this. Flavour was pretty naff. I won't be going here again. Avoid.

-0, sorry but service is shocking, this coming from business owner or so called boss. Staff spoken to on the day was actually a lovely young chap with good customer service standards. Comunication=0, number displayed goes to voice mail and stays there 😂

I’m never ordering from this restaurant again I ordered quarter pounder meal and a supreme meal ,two tubs of ice cream , cookie doh … well I requested no tomatoes in quarter pounder burger but they put them in but me mum can eat them due to health reasons and I asked for plain chicken fillet burger and got hot and spicy and we both didn’t get our drinks and I didn’t get chicken strips but when u try to call restaurant you don’t get answered to try and resolve the issue. When it was Dallas chicken they got orders correct and followed instructions on order note and if not they would at least answer the phone to resolve it. Cookie doh was burnt and horrible.

Ordered from Dallas 1st time today. Margerita Pizza was lovely. Loved the peri peri wings. Spicy wings & strips were a bit salty and dry but not too bad. Tower burger was slightly salty. The chips were not so great, seemed like it was fried twice hence a bit greasy & rubbery. Overall the food wasn't too bad. I loved the peri peri wings. Would order again in future. All places have good & bad points, therefore i'd say their food standard is average and the staff was polite.

Really tasty chicken and crispy chips. The coleslaw salad fresh and yummy. Also we had a margarita pizza. Tasty and well baked. On top of it a bottle of cocacola well chilled. All the food , sides and condiments good quality. We will come back to Dallas Chicken & Pizza. Good value of money. The staff helpful and nice.

After reading the reviews I think we have keyboard warriors. Dallas chicken is better than KFC in our eyes . Chicken NOT oily . Great taste and good portion size . Wings are great . Staff are nice and friendly.

I was very excited to have this but I did feel a little disappointed. The gravy was supposed to be brown but looked like dirty dish water. The chicken and chips were mid. But just don't get the gravy and to make it even worse my nanna ordered boneless chicken and got the smallest portion of tiny chicken balls. It took ages to get served and another customer had to ask for the tables to be cleaned. DONT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY LIKE GOOD GRAVY!
