If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would! Never have I ever waited 40 minutes in a drive through for food only to be extremely disappointed. Waiting in line for that long you would think the food would be hot and fresh. Instead it was cold and looked reheated. The girl at the window is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. Ignoring customers and openly laughing at someone trying to get your attention is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve only been to this place twice. The first time I drove off after waiting 10min at the order screen and no one answered and now this time. Save your money, this place is not worth it!!

Every single time I come to this location, no matter what time of the day it is, and try to order a milkshake, they say that the "ice cream machine is down". Why have these items on you menu if your ice cream machine is going to be down 24/7?

Walked in tonight (1/28) 7:40pm and inquired about the freshness of my food and these girls said oh yes, it’s fresh( it was not fries were old fries) and then, as soon as I walked out the door before the door even shut, they were laughing and mocking me.. very bad customer service and I asked the girl for no ice in which the drink had ice and she said it had no Ice I said yeah it does and acted like she was doing me a favor. Who do you all have working up there?

We were looking for ice cream cones. The ice cream machine was broken. It took a couple minutes for an employee to come out of the back and acknowledge us, but she was friendly when she did show up.

Someone didn't clean the broiler while closing, they couldn't make my order. The employee was rude while explaining. And then they sent me to the website for a refund, and there were no live agents to give me a refund.

Came here to have a burger and fries. They served me cold fries. I had to ask for hot ones. My question knowing fries were cold. Why would you serve them. . Just goes to show ya no care in the job you do. Take pride in whatever you do.

Used online ordering. Get to the restaurant and had to wait 26 minutes for them to prepare everything. The cashier had a clear "I don't care.", look on her face. The food was good, but the wait time was lackluster at best.

Service is slow despite it being an online order. I've had rude and slow cashiers. It's just not a place I think I'll go again. Love the food but I'll go across town to the other one.

Used drive thru. The person working it was polite, when we got to the window she let us know that our food wasn't ready. She brought it to us when ready and still had a smile. Not all the breakfast items are listed here.

Surely don’t look like a Bacon King Why the fries burnt, why the burger smash & why the cheese looks old?

Me and a coworker Ordered thru the app. I got the whopper no pickles, no onions, add swiss cheese, add mustard and what I got was a whopper with American cheese and ketchup only. My coworker ordered a whopper with American cheese, no onions, no mayo, add mustard. And what she got was a whopper smothered in mayo and no tomatoes. The food was cold. The girl on the speaker was rude. I have tried to call the store over and over and no one will answer. If you order here check your food before you leave because it will be wrong.

Our Amex card hacked here yesterday. Beware if clerk slams drive thru window & disappears awhile, coming back with nothing. Later 2 attempts to charge $880+ to our card--Amex fraud refused charges. Only place card was used. Last time visiting Burger King in Prattville!
