    Sept 2021~Pratt. AL inside TARGET. Wished I'd gotten the young barista girl. She was working alone, 3 people in line & she knew what she was doing! Helped me on decision on type of milk I wanted to use in my vanilla latte with whip cream. She had good personality, didn't seem rattled or nervous about the line & had my drink ready so fast. Who ever trained her did a A+ job, kudos to her parents for raising such a polite, friendly girl who smiled, greeted me & thanked me as I was leaving. Such a refreshing experience to have good customer service. Rare these days.

    The cashier ignored me and my dad to talk to another customer sitting at a table last Thursday. When she finally turned around to take our order, she said the target Starbucks didn't do happy hour. I thought that was strange as they had before. When asked, she changed her story to not knowing if the store did or not. Eventually I let it go, and she got one of my drink orders wrong. Definitely not going back anytime soon.

    Every thing I go they make my drink wrong and the last time I paid for 3 large drinks they gave my 3 smalls charged me for three large I was running late so I told them to forget it .... The Starbucks in Montgomery always gets it perfectly if I'm not going that way I'll go to D.D🙏hope this helps

    I don't drink coffee, but I go in with my daughter on a weekly basis. The staff has helped me come up with drinks, both hot in the summer and cold in the winter that I love. They made the suggestions, made me different drinks until they found MY DRINK! They are always helpful, nice and super friendly. Especially Essence! Great Job Starbucks!

    Quick fast service love it. I bought a latte and as usual it was a win. I like the friendly service. I despise the tip jar when I'm pulling up at the window. I personally still think that if you're waiting on me inside you get a tip but when I drive up and you give me my drink take my money it's over with.

    Probably will never go back to this Starbucks, the cashier was very impatient with me and acted like I was slow because I didnt know my order off hand. As I was trying to explain it to her, she was just no help. I always go to the Starbucks inside target at east chase and that's where I'll continue to go. Way better customer service for sure. Oh and my ice coffee sickness!

    I'm looking for a Insulated 20 Ounce, Non Spill reusable Coffee Cup. But can't find one. And I'm looking for some Instant Coffee. But Starbucks has no large containers of Instant Coffee. Besides. Starbucks is Expensive.

    DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU CAN'T MEDICALLY WEAR A MASK THEY WILL NOT SERVE YOU!!! I was part of a group that went in on December 27th during a shopping trip to this location and was refused service as a paying customer due to not being able to medically wear a mask!!! The young lady was behind glass, and wearing a mask and yelled this at me in front of other customers!!! I was embarrassed and humiliated by how I was treated. I will never go to this establishment again, as I was treated very fairly at another location, and after explaining that I couldn't wear a mask for medical reasons I was given excellent service!

    My sister and I went in only to get a gift card. We waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of us. The worker wouldn’t even look at us and when the other worker came in she didn’t look at anyone and wasn’t doing anything. We couldn’t even get the card.

    Horrible service, stood at the counter for 10 minutes and the worker and manager never acknowledged me. Although they continued to look at me and talk amongst themselves.
