Excellent Very nice and professional behaviour of Dr.manish keshri & Dr.shekhar Chaudhary in ICU. That is how a professional doctor should behave and brief provide updates to attendants specially of critically ill patients gud experience.

It's very worst hospital in Allahabad I have seen. ICU staff General staff they behave like animal to patient and Doctors also behave like Guudu bhaiya(Mirzapur)😂

I am Akhilesh Prasad Singh. I visited the Hospital three days before and feel that the main things of hospitals are---- 1.) Nurses and Staffs are well trained. 2.) Their behaviors are very cool. 3. ) Cleaning are too good. 4. ) Charges are also very nominal. 5. ) Most important things doctors are highly experienced. I wish they will maintain all these with every patient ......

This is by far worst critical care hospital I've ever been to. They just mention that they handle critical patients but in reality there is no qualified doctor to tackle the situation. I admitted my father here for a critical liver condition around 7 pm. They started treatment by asking me to purchase costly medicines (10-15k at a time) which still is ok but like I said no specialist Dr came to check. When inquired they said they have a general physician as a consultant who will come next day 10:30 pm which is 27 hrs after patient was admitted. After 2 days, they started saying we don't have the equipment and facility to treat and you can take his elsewhere if you want. Lastly, there is no facility of TPA cashless (insurance), canteen or a place where attendants can rest at night. Please don't go there unless you want to waste time, money and compromise with your patient's health.

I hv visited to Acura at midnight with 2years son .his condition was very critical and doctors has attended on priority. Satisfied with the treatment and support given by all staff,management and doctors .

Good Doctors. Dr.shrkhar chaudhary and Dr.s.kumar n Dr.manish Keshri He is very simple and gentle in his behavior. He will give sufficient time to each patient. He studies the patient and disease meticulously. We can freely interact with the doctor. He Dr. S.kumar prefers surgery when it is very much required only. Best critical care hospital available in Allahabad. My father being operated and treated by Dr Santosh, highly professional and courteous while dealing with patients.Take his time in explaining the problem and further treatment. During and after the operation the complete staff starting from nursing staff, management and doctors were available round the clock. The room and hospital is very neat and tidy. Worst hospital I have ever seen. They just loot you and make your patient health worse. I have admitted my brother for the dengue case. Doctors transfused 13 platelet units and 8 plasma units within 2 days causing further complications. Suggest everyone to take your patient anywhere.

Management is soo good, They prioritize cleanliness.. but some working staffs are very disrespectful with attendant , they considers themselves as senior doctor, they think attendants are dumb..

Wrost experience ever with this hospital..even nursing staff have don't knw how to behave with patient the are totally unexperienced.. And more importantly they charged a very big amount while admission and time to time asked for medicine which also so costly and don't know whether it will use ur not... Whole hospital is SCAM..

Worst Hospital ever, They killed my Relatives after keeping in Icu for 10 days. They worst the case day by day. They make us ATM machine and were not transferring the patient to other Hospital. When they found that we cannot spent money they immediately discharged the Patient without any precaution. Our relative died same day. Worst Hospital ever. We will challenge you on higher ups.

My brother was admitted for dengue treatment, his condition was very critical, his platelet count went down to 19000. The doctor instructed us to manage 4 units of platelets, which later become 6 units and finally 13 units in 3 days. After 3 days of treatment in ICU along with 13 platelet units we were left with him still having a platelet count of 19000 and swelled and infected internal organs Had we not taken a decision to move him away from this money making opportunistic organization meant to treat patients in critical condition we might have ended up in an inevitable situation. We were bleeding money with deteriorating health conditions. I sincerely suggest anyone looking at this review to look out for the right hospital for emergency treatment, this clearly is not the one to rely on.

One of the Best Hospitals of Uttar Pradesh . Every staff is professional and understand his/her duty. Each and every staff assist you with a smile . It is a hospital but their Service/Assistance and facilities/amenities are better than hotels . 5 star amenities and service . Surgeons and OT staffs are excellent they delivered what they promised.

Worst hospital to visit , the doctor will say that the patient is okay but the staff will force you to shift you patient in critical ward ...I think they have some understanding..the staff will not cooperate in any way...kindly don't visit.

My family admitted my older brother with a platelets count of 19000, he was suffering from severe dengue. Hospital demanded 2 units of blood which soon become 5 units and eventually after 2 days 13 units of blood is used. But after 2 days platelets count was still 19000. And due to this internal organs of my brother swallow and hence the condition become very critical. Hospital staff is extremely non professional and unsupportive, they can't even let us meet our bother for 2 mins In a single day. This hospital is just playing with the life of people and working as a money making Machine.
