First of all I know that this is the review of Juice but I will take a moment to tell you how pathetic is looks salon in Prayagraj. Coming back to Juice, Imraan did a great job in salvaging whatever remains were left of my hair by looks salon. Expert at inverted bob, which is a haircut hardly anyone in Allahabad is ever able to do competently, Imraan was very professional and gave me an amazing haircut!!!

My friend and I went to get french manicures done seeing how great the reviews were. This was our first visit here and I must say it will be our last. The nail professionals were sub-par and a little rude as well as impatient. They were not helpful with suggestions and were getting irritated at us double-guessing the choice made. This is not my first time getting nail art done and the professionals have always been beyond patient and helpful unlike the people here. The owner/receptionist too was rude with us when we mentioned that we needed two professionals to get our respective manicures done since we had a function to attend. He was quick to respond to this request saying that he could even play my appointment booking phonecall to establish that I did not in fact book for two people. What kind of customer service is this? I was quite aghast at the abrasive behaviour of these people. Last but definitely not the least, the manicures were done quite badly (infact almost amateurish) since she was rushing through it and wanted to get to her next client. This was done despite showing them multiple reference pictures and confirming if they could indeed do it in that manner. The gel nailpolish started chipping off within two days of getting it done. For the prices charged, this was quite a horrible experience I must say!!!

I loved the nail service. Mine was done by Babli, she was very efficient & professional she does the work keeping in mind the said requirements.

After looking at reviews, I went here to get nail extensions. I am writing this review after a little over 15 days. The extensions did not look bad for a couple of days after I got them done but soon they started looking wonky around the cuticles. The nail artist did not take my suggestions well and was dismissive of the length/nail art I wanted throughout the process. Within 5 days, the gel polish had started lifting and within a week, the gel extension on my thumb also started coming off. Considering that the prices for extensions are so high here, one would expect better quality. Additionally, waxing was also poorly done. Within a day, my skin was feeling a bit thorny. Obviously the person who did this service did not use proper technique and ended up breaking hair at the surface level rather than pulling it from the root. For the prices charged, the staff is underqualified.

The salon has a really nice ambience, I showed up there early in the morning just before my flight and they did my nails quickly and efficiently. Babli nail artist is very good with her work and Nisha nail artist is very sweet. Both of them worked on my nails and finished my extensions within 45 minutes. Great service

Got my pedicure done by Virat which was very relaxing. He did not rush to complete the service and was very polite throughout. Bindu is my go to person in the salon for waxing & threading.

I have taken hair spa service at Juice Salon quite a lot of time and it has been an amazing experience. Got the service done from Shami and he gave a great head massage. The best part is that they do not rush the process and give you sufficient time and put in all the efforts.
