There is a famous saying that the first impression is the last impression. I felt something similar after going to their centre. For every shop, the customer is the form of God and hence he is well received, but when I entered their center, the owner there looked at me from top to bottom and ignored me and then for some time the reason for my coming was ignored. When I was not asked, I thought about it and took the initiative, so I was asked to sit and when I did, I did after just making an entry in a register, the owner got busy on the phone. Seeing this, I felt very insulted and went away from there. I felt bad seeing such careless behaviour. I have been to other beauty centers with my sisters before but I saw very nice and caring behavior towards their customers there. This was my very bad experience with gleam by Diva. Just opening a center of expensive products and interiors is not everything, you should also know how to deal with the customer.

Gleam by Divya, offered an excellent pamper session. I took hydrafacial for the first time & had great experience. Divya ma'am properly oriented me with the process and did each step of the process with great care. The studio also has great decor and the staff is also cooperative and polite.

The place where you will realise why I didn't come here before. I wasted my money at various parlors for facials but after I met Divya I took a treatment suggested by her and really it was amazing. Results are so impressive. My husband have also took a facial treatment and its result is very good. The aroma of her office is very nice and staff is too good. Must visit.
