Don't get fooled by the 5 star ratings. Hi, I was recently admired to the hospital for my ear treatment. I was having pain in one ear and when i showed it to the doctor in this hospital, they told me to get admitted and they will help me in recovery. I was admitted for around 10 days and they were giving me antibiotics and pain killer injections. after a week the pain was less and the doctor told me that now he can discharge me, once I got discharged my ear pain again started bothering me and use to rush to the hospital to get it checked again. The doctor way saying that everything was fine inside my ear and the pain would good in 3 days. but this did not happen and the pain kept on increasing. Then I thought of getting a 2nd opinion. When I went to a different hospital and got my ear checked, I was shocked to see that there was no improvement that happened all the time when I was in the hospital and was taking oral medicines as well as anti-biotic. The Doctors in Ojha Hospital are either not professional or they just don't care and want to only make money from their customers. We visited them twice after the discharged date and every time while checking they use to say "everything is fine inside, the infection is gone". They gave me a total of I guess 13 different medicines and no one worked for me. Seems like they only want to make money and it dose not matter to them if you are in pain or not.

I have always received best of services from Dr L S ojha and now Dr Shashank Ojha and Dr Dipti ojha. I have lot of good experience to share with little room of improvement. Dr Ojha always helped me even when I was in Birmingham(UK) and was suffering from anxiety, depression and flight phobia via counselling me over the phone and sending me best possible medicines. I found him very competitive for other illness also apart from ENT. Dr Shashank Ojha is mirror reflection of him and help me and my family still the same way. My wife has been admitted here for C Sec and our experience has been very good in last five days. Bed system is not good. If a patient want to sit then their should be folding system in the bed.. And yes attendent talks nicely and doctors are also good. Just need to improve their bed system.

They have very good doctor , Specially doctor Ashok Agarwal. But sadly they have bad hospitality, people come here for their wellness but in return they got dengue in hospital itself. I have given 3 star only for Dr. Ashok Agarwal he is best very very best he come timely and boost my confidence and definately their operation team is very good that's why my operation is successful. But all other things are bad and they make bill very high and provide nothing but hats off to Dr. Ashok Agarwal.

Doctor doesn't respects the time of his patients in OPD... I have waited for 5-6 hours 2 days and he didn't came!!! Attendant kept on bargaining for 10-10 minutes. If you want to take his service then you can pay ₹1000 for emergency ( even if there's no emergency) and attendant will take you to some other place/room. Otherwise keep wasting your precious time.

Worst hospital, i was suffering from mild mouth ulcers which the doctor could tell by just listening to my symptoms but he prescribed me fo a radiograph (x ray) which is in the hospital . The cost of it there was 1800 and 500 doctor charged that could easily be done in just 400 bucks but they expaned the whole scenario and then he wrote 680 bucks ka prescription that was only available at his medical shop i.e the hospital's medical shop. Then I went to balson medical store told them my symptoms they said don't worry beta just gagal warm disprin solution.. that cost me 50 paise.

My Sister's ear operation completed absolutely successful by Dr. Shashank sir and I am very thankfull of Ojha sir and his all team they are working very hard and very fanstic job. I am very happy with all staff and hospital thank you so much Shashank sir.
