This is the first jewellery store i have seen in allahabad which does not allow me to click pics of jewellery. I wanted to send the pic to my sister but store didn't allow me to click the pic, they even didn't allow to click the break price. Today i visited store with my wife to purchase solitaire ring.. but unfortunately we walked out of the store without purchasing jewellery because of this rule (not to take photos of jewellery). After that we visited tanishq and purchased much better ring.

This is my first not so great experience with reliance Jwellery Showroom. I wanted to buy a ear cuff but I did not get much options there. Only two pieces were available and that too was not so good. I think there should be multiple options available in such big stores so that we don't have to rush anywhere else.

Improve billing process it took more time and give power to your manager for block the rate of jewellery if customer can not paid 90 -/- of his goods cost due to technical problems as debit card limits or bank closing date etc it may include days also

Reliance jewels outlets are generally good......but allahabad outlet's staff behavior isn't nice especially when you go for any size alteration....... Their behavior will irritate you........Moreover, you will not find much variety in rings/necklace etc

Extremely efficient and really quick and helpful Astha has been.we had the most amazing experience. Astha made sure that our experience was wonderful and kept care of water tea and food as well.

Lovely staff and best gold quality

Service is pathetic, they mis communicated the gold price and insisted me to buy the gold jewellery promising some additional offer, however when I reached the outlet they declined and said there's no such offer. I'd recommend to refrain this shop.

Visited store on 19th March & had a good shopping experience. Staff is clearly understood my requirements & able to demonstrate according to my choice . Particularly Cashier Staff (Mr. Vishal Dhuriya) is very courteous and well behaved even during rush hour. Well versed with schemes of the company & nicely conveyed it . Kudos to them

I think best place for gold like tanisq but these place are not for middle class …. Becoz they have unique things like starting range for gold ring is 10k but literally i dnt like that ring because of its look very light and less work …… and they have their own policies like 11 mnths and 24 mnth if you want this schism then u have to pay 500 per mnth and after 11 mnth or 24 mnth u can purchase gold ornaments but this policy is not applicable in gold coin …. U have to purchase online ornaments…. I think this is not good idea of reliance ….. but they add your intrest approx 500 hundred in 11 mnth which is not more than bank 😅 and no cash back policy is applicable in this scheme ….. overall if u have money then go and visit this place … their behaviour is so good and staff behave like ur friend and family that was cool …..

I went there after hearing about the store from so many people but the staff over there was not at all proper in dealing with us....I wanted to buy earrings for my mother but two of staff treated us in a very bad manner and they were not interested in showing us the jewelry. Edit: my friends were also complaining about this ...very bad staff.

The staff were not at the same point what they are saying and they were not clear about the products. Some lack in dealing with the customers

Reliance is a grand Jewel showroom in Prayagraj and it was very fantastic visit.

Rajeev has been very nice host. The show is must visit for wedding shopping.

Very good shop for authentic and hallmark jewelry and reliance gives you 100% return on every item you purchase from here.... But return process takes 1-2 weeks

Nice range...at good price...you can also check carat of gold by machine for free whether you buy or not...exchange also available at current gold rate...

Pathetic after sales service.......at the time of purchase they welcome you/greet you but when you go for any alteration in size, they will listen to you with dumb face.....they will tell you about SOPs etc ......will make u wait for days before handing over altered product

No one was interested in explaining, consultant was only trying to push for buying. Products is overpriced especially the labor charges. Previous staff was good but now shabby dressed employees even the manager was badly dressed and is never interested in taking care of customers. Not recommended at all.
