I will recommend you to please visit Medanta Lucknow, PGI Lucknow or any other place where you will get more satisfying result and are less expensive. My Exp was with this hospital is very bad, staff is very rude, Only one Doc Mr Agrawal. On call doc never communicate to each other, but just take money. As my father was admitted for blood sample and chest infection fluid testing, I had submitted fee at 10.00AM and sample collection done at 8.00 PM. Cheat on money.... My dad got admitted for excessive body pain and headache.... In 2days they looted ~40K.... Mainly by creating fear with test reports... My dad platelets count b4 admission was 1.1L on admission it was 48K on their report... Next day they told it is 28k.... Under their watch it decreased to extremely low... My dad discharge himself from their and came home.... He got his blood tested in other pathology... He got 1.1L platelets... For varification he got his blood tested in 3rd pathology, they gave platelets 1.28L... 1. My personal doctor also got surprise with their reports. 2. They have no food facility.... They just gave a diet plan and leave patient. I think it gave them a back door if something goes wrong. 3. Everything is expensive. I question one thing, when we had brought platelets within range on ur diet plan at home, why u can't bring that during admission?

This hospital is running just because of name of Dr Aggrawal. Even the doctor himself is old school and dictatorship. No facility for attendants of overcrowded ICU patients, especially ladies. Once the patient is shifted to normal ward, the cleaners will ask for money everytime the patient needs to excrete. There's minimal facility of food for patients, hence you need several people to make the food trips 4 times a day. The doctor is very rude as well - called my grandmother (who was clearly in a lot of pain after having a pacemaker put) unruly and uncivilized. People who have no other options can go here.

Not at all recommend to anyone, this is one of worst hospital I ever knew. They are doing a business here.. asking for people to get medicine from medical back to back and not using on patients instead give it to internal store to resale. Avg. 5-10sec, so, better have your queries ready but still doc will be in hurry and run away from you. -Cleaning staff always asking for money from you but when you need them, they never be on time. -TPA desk related process take lots of patience. My patient got discharged after 7 hours of waiting. - Less number of good dic and even less on nurse. - They will make you realise that money is not everything. It can only help you get admission. Positive side:- - Good tea at ground floor. - Good and attentive doctors in emergency ward. Bottom line: If you and your patient has time then better to go Lucknow instead of going money sucking hospitals Varanasi and Prayagraj. In January I went there for follow up but he was not available and the doctor who was there in place of him he saw the condition of my mother's heart valve and told me to consult any good surgeon in Lucknow so I went to a surgeon and today when DK Agrawal saw reports and find that I went to some other doc he got jealous and angry. He neither saw the reports nor ask anything about condition. He just denied to see the patient. I was visiting him since 2000 and in these 22 years he never did echo to check heart valve condition because of which i can not decide what i have to do. He is like if he finds something in you with which he can make money than he will saw you otherwise he is not going to bother whatever your condition is. He is the only doc who may be so jealous with any other doc. I am writing this to tell u all choose wisely before visiting him because in 22 years of follow-up I realise not to visit him again. Medication and treatment is one of the best in Prayagraj but The system made for patients appointment is poorly implemented and is not visionary. The system of calling the patient in OPD is totally wrong and it should be changed. If a patient is taking online appointment they should get priority. If the patients are called based upon the fee then this is morally incorrect and there is no need to charge less fee in online if you are not treating them equal. I have seen for a week and not seen more than 6 available appointment which is very less as compared to the patient reach here. Based on the system only I am giving it 3 star and will change it to 5 star if it is improved and treat every patient equally.

So totally useless as of now. 2- Management need to work on staff etiquette. Some staff members are very rude behaviour specially admin aunty(i want to say )who sitting at Dr Aggrawal chamber gate. I don't know what she think of her. Whithout knowing requesters problem he only order's to them and have no good behaviour. 3- For test reports atleast there should be window in OPD where patient can collect report.
