I visited asha physiotherapy center on date 15 June 2023 pain in my L3 and L4 meet to Dr vvsingh he recommended to do physiotherapy fo 30 days so I aggred to do physiotherapy for 25 days and today is 10 July and I will shared my feedback that now my pain is almost gone and I am feeling better from yearly so I recommend other to visit asha physiotherapy center if you are suffering from such pain

Went to many doctors but everyone said a surgery can only fix up her dislocated shoulder.
