Things I didn't like : I was refused to enter into the shop as I forgot to carry my face mask.. No other shop has done this before to me.. Things I liked : the staff made efforts and offered me a complimentary face mask. Suggestion : please keep some spare face masks for sale at low costs as some people might forget to carry their own

Pathetic experience. The delivery of the cake was so late,around 8 hours that it took away the whole element of surprise and happiness rather filled it with frustration and regret that why in the first place I choose your services at all.They should be more committed towards delivering at the right time and keeping thinks more transparent.

They never delivered and showed that attempted delivery. FNP said they can't refund and offered me next day delivery if I pay 250. What's the point of next day delivery when occasion already past?

Wonderful experience with FNP allahabad. Sometimes few product in online website doesn't show 1 day delivery, so I need to place offline order for quick delivery. And thanks again for FNP team for quickest delivery ever. And also thanks to FNP customer support for calling us and reminding about our last year placed order, so that we dnt forget the important days of our loved ones.
