Recently I visited Tanishq store in noida, and it was really an amazing service over there. Special thanks to Mohit Kumar who helped me through out great selection for diamond and gold earrings. Would really recommend to visit the store without thinking twice for great collection.

Tanishq Mall of India store has amazing collection. Recently I bought a jewellery. I am delighted with the quality of the products and the helpfulness of their staff, especially Rashim who is always willing to go the extra mile in sorting different collections for us. It was great shopping there.

I have to say that executive Sonia Pandey is extremely helpful and thorough professional. Never had such an amazing experience while buying jwellery. One girl staff there was so arrogant. She directly told me that i wasted her time on a Sunday wherein it takes time to take such a big decision when it comes to gold. Manager was nice though.

Being Good Friday, they were understaffed. Had to wait half an hour. One customer was fighting with the staff talking incessantly and loudly. Salesman had told her that her Tanishq item is not from Tanishq and she created a full scene. For an hour. One salesgirl was showing yellow gold jewellery worth more than ten lakh rupees to a simple guy. She was overselling it. She kept on it for more than hour. Finally I left Tanishq with a headache. No decorum. I never write a review but today was an exception.

Although I was happy with sales team as well as Floor manager . But after having long term faith with Tanishq I feel a little cheated coz for the first time I went for exchange of my old Tanishq jewellery purchased in 2015 and rarely used , as in new condition. In that exchange my gold was less then what they claimed when I purchased . They checked the ornament it was not broken they said it happens but I can’t believe that . Although amount difference was only 1500-2000 approx but it has shaken my confidence in Tanishq.
