I have been for 2-3 times now. At first I thought it could be one or two staff but on a regular visits on my 3rd time. I realised they are always ride and it’s always like people are on break having lunch. Today I came giving a thought its week day lets try but again its 3:37 pm and they asked me to wait for 20-30 mins stating staff is having lunch. 3 people were having chit chat. Thinking they were staff too. No curtsy, one stood and gave me brochure. It took her pain I believe. I left and told them. They should get these fixed. They are charging for it. These are not free services. HATE IT. DONT GO WITH FOR THEIR OFFERS. ITS NOT WORTH IT GUYS.

Went for a hair spa. They advertised spa at 399rs Staff insisted on treatment hair spa which was of 1500rs. It of course could have been by good will but still I opted to have the basic one. Halfway through the spa I came to understand that it was the treatment one and I raised question on that. He agreed to charge for basic. On billing, I was being charged 850 for spa and on questioning again they changed it to 399. The hairdresser/beautician was a good one though. He was quite skill full with his work. He advertised me to buy a shampoo conditioner and hair serum and because I came to trust him I took the shampoo and conditioner.

I always have a great experience at Grooming Cafe, have been coming here since 2.5 years. I would recommend Nidhi if you’re going for facials. She takes extra care of being gentle and is very attentive.

Didn't work well at all. By coloring my hair some other color instead of the one I wanted, they ruined my hair And when I went to complain again, they had good excuses to hide their failure. I am dissatisfied with them work.

The saloon has amazing peace and music, i came here for the haircut very first time and i am so glad that i got my beautiful haircut in my own length😍 thanks to praveen for the beautiful haircut☺️ and thanks to the grooming cafe❤️

I recently visited Grooming Cafe with high hopes of getting a top-notch salon experience, but unfortunately, my visit turned out to be a complete disaster. First and foremost, the staff at Grooming Cafe seemed completely disorganized and unprofessional. The receptionist was unwelcoming and appeared disinterested in assisting me. Once I got seated, the stylist assigned to me seemed inexperienced and unskilled. It was evident that they lacked proper training and expertise. The haircut I received was nothing like what I had requested. I left the salon feeling utterly disappointed and embarrassed by my new look. To add insult to injury, the pricing at Grooming Cafe was exorbitant considering the subpar service they provided. I expected quality and professionalism for the price I paid, but unfortunately, I received neither. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I regretted spending my hard-earned money on such a disappointing experience. In conclusion, my visit to Grooming Cafe was really disappointing. The unprofessional staff, inexperienced stylists, unreasonable pricing, and appalling customer service all contributed to an overall terrible experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to look elsewhere for a reputable and reliable establishment.
