This is my review about Nazeer Restaurant which is inside the V3S mall in Laxmi Nagar. I have been coming to Nazeer restaurant for many days. And I loved their food. Because I had eaten from Malviya Nagar, Nazeer restaurant branch before so many times and have also eaten from Nazeer restaurant, V3S Mall in Laxmi Nagar before. I never faced such difficulty ever before. But yesterday I felt very unhappy and frustrated. Yesterday I visited Nazeer restaurant in V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar branch. I was clicking photographs of food menu there in Nazeer restaurant. Because I write good/bad reviews about restaurants. Yesterday when i placed order to the Cashier whose name was KAPIL, he did not speak well to me and he told me that it is not mandatory to take photographs in the restaurant. Cashier KAPIL told me this is against our rules. I spoke to the Manager whose name was PANKAJ. He treated me very badly and talked me rudely. Pankaj started asking me the address of my house and went out to talk to his Area Manager. And started threatening me and started Arguing that sir its against the law, you cannot click the photographs of the restaurant. I have a question from Nazeer restaurant tell me that where it is written, in which law it is written that you cannot make a photo or video of a restaurant. What are you afraid of. When I said that you can make my CCTV footage recording, Why can't I take a photo of your food menu? This time I had a very useless experience, I will not visit them, whose staff in the restaurant is insolent. I also canceled the order I had made. I had a very useless and third class experience in this restaurant. Nazeer Restaurant should not hire such illiterate manager and staff in the restaurant. Serves food well, but improve the character of the staff. I hope you will pay attention to me and such problems will never come in the future. ☹️👎

I bought a meal of burger,chickenpopcorn and colddrink at 149 . Very tasty chicken popcorn and burger is also very tasty ❤️💯

Taste was good. But quantity was too less according to the price. Spring roll was for $85 and just 3 small peice 😣😣😣.. Chicken taka tak & chicken crispy roll was v. Nice. I liked the taste. Overall I'll give 4/5 to the food .

I ordered mutton biryani . It had sufficient quantity . But i miss some curd or salan with it. Also , i ordered chic afghani tikka . More like roasted chicken. Except , some white sauce pour on it.

Ordered a Non-Veg thali of 295/- (Including GST) I’m not happy with quantity as well as the quality of Biryani.

Visited this place after a long time. I see complete change and it looks awesome. Its self service over here as earlier. I see loads of change in menu. For example - burger with chicken stuff etc. In other words they started offering fast food too. Amazing!! In terms of food - there's plenty of saver pack available. Options are nice. I tried one saver pack - chicken biryani with cold drink - in which one piece was available. Taste was nice but unfortunate part is piece was too small to eat. I guess that needs to be improvised. Rest is fine.

Food is undoubtedly amazing, their taka Tak roll but one of their drawbacks is there is self service for everything, even if you are eating and you want extra bread you have to leave your food in the middle and have to go to the counter to order your bread

Best place for non vegetarians. I swear you will love this place. Awesome taste. Every item I tried here it never let my expectations down. Some of my recommendations for you are : takatak roll, chilli chicken, mutton nihari, gravy kabab, mutton biryani. So try it out I am sure you will love it.

Overall, it's a very good place of non-veg lovers, there's a variaty of dishes and they taste good too but there are some problems- - the place is too small to handle all the people visiting, like you have to wait for about an hour to get a seat or even longer. - the staff strength is a bit less as there is a lot of pressure on them and sometimes they forget to give small things like water or chutney, and you have to remind them again and again for it.

A go to place to have authentic Mughal North Indian cuisine. They have self service system there, so it is advisable to go when there is no rush otherwise you won’t get a seat. Their non veg combos are good and filling. Pricing of menu items other than combos is a little on the expensive side but is worth the quality you get.

I ordered mutton korma in that they given just for the name 2 tiny peace of bonnes only instead of mutton and portion also not enough for 1 single person

Very bad don’t come here such a disappointment, the kabab that they serve are actually worst kabab that I have ever eaten not cooked properly and in the name of salad they don’t give anything

I had very average experience at this outlet. Had ordered tawa chicken changezi, butter naan and Pepsi can. Chicken changezi was full of gravy but they didn't gave any bowl to serve in despite requesting. Should I spread the entire gravy in my plate and eat? The staff took additional 20₹ to pack the remaining portion of chicken. The food quantity was good and taste was also fine. Service is bad. After going through so many reviews, it is evident that the staff is impolite and non-supportive.

The quantity of food is more than enough but the taste is not up to the mark . The atmosphere is kinda rushed. Although servicing is good .

Chicken Biryani+mini coke in ₹99 is an unmatched offer one can expect in mall kinda setup. The place, the taste it's worth each penny.

For Vegetarian it may be disappointing because of fewer option and less taste but for non vegetarian Mouth watering 🤤 Chicken takatak roll and crispy chicken lolipop is must try. Takatak Roll ruled over the meal. Do improve veg options too.

Other than a can of pepsi, everything else was SHlT. Overpriced. Poor food quality and taste. Street vendors can offer far better food experience than this. Never stepping foot in this junk yard ever again.

One of the worst experiences at a restaurant. Unfortunately couldn't take pictures but here isy experience: Firstly the food is unnecessarily hyped up. We ordered butter naan, kadhai chicken, chicken kurkure and kheer. So as per any Restaurant procedure the starter should've come first, followed by main course and then dessert. They gave us the main course first, then the starter (even when ordering the chicken kurkure they said there's this "special dip" that we should have which was just nothing but normal mayonnaise. Not even spiced, just normal mayo). Then they gave us kheer that too after repeatedly asking for it. The worst part was that when we ordered the main course, we specifically asked if this will be too much for 3 people to which they said no, it's perfect for 2. But they gave us so much gravy with less chicken that we had to ask them to pack it. They asked for ₹20 as packaging charge. Will never go here again. The manager and staff both are rude.

1. There is absolute no seat management system. No staff is interested in taking care of you. You pick a seat, then once you go for giving order and making payment (as you have to do that in advance), you can’t place an order from table and get dined in. It’s kinda place an order and collect your food yourself. While you were placing order, your seat get snatched by someone else and you again have to wait for a new seat. 2. Unethical Business Practices: The outlet doesn’t have RO Water, Bisleri or Kinley, all they have is their own brand which costs twice as Bisleri and cashier told me, sir, either purchase our brand or we don’t have any water for you. When I complained manager, he said, we can provide you RO water to drink if you need. 3. Insects were running here and there as shown in attached pictures. Such insects were moving here and there and they could anytime jump or fly in your food without you knowing. The place can’t be said hygienic from any angle on weekends. 4. Taste: Food wasn’t tasty. I didn’t like two items that I ordered. Soft drink was less drink and more ice in cup.
