The entire practice is very patient-oriented. Every single person is friendly, the dentists respond to you individually and provide clear and understandable information about the steps to address your concerns. Overall, you "like" going there because you know that you will be looked after well and in a friendly manner. Great practice team

"For adults, check-ups are free twice a year, tartar removal once a year and periodontitis screening every two years." says the consumer advice center. And I'm sitting there with gingivitis and being sent away and having to book a paid cleaning to have the tartar removed. Outrageous.

Clear recommendation for this practice and Ms. Schaper!! It's all totally modern. X-rays are now done directly in the chair and the results are discussed with you shortly afterwards. Anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist should go to Ms. Schaper. I have never experienced such a sensitive, professional and nice dentist. She totally takes away the excitement and shows that she enjoys being a dentist.

TOP! The entire team is super nice, friendly and really empathetic. During the entire treatment I always feel very well taken along; everything is explained in an easy-to-understand manner. That's why I've been a "regular customer" for years and recently received a crown there that was completed in the practice on the same day via a mouth scan and milling work. Brilliant!

Dr Hagenlocher hat bei mir zwei Zähne behandelt. Trefferquote 100%, beide Zähne mussten mir gezogen werden. Unter der Füllung wurde nicht ausreichend gesäubert. Nachdem ich mit dem ersten Zahn nochmal da war, wurden meine Beschwerden nicht ernst genommen. Die Zahnzwischenraumbürste sei Lösung für alles. Die hilft nur leider bei entzündeter Wurzel nicht mehr. Mir wurde Cortison auf den Zahn gespritzt, dabei hätte man schon lange erkennen können, dass die Wurzel schnellstmöglich hätte behandelt werden müssen. Beim zweiten Zahn ähnliches Spiel. Für das Entfernen der Zähne konnte Herr Hagenlocher am Ende direkt nichts, da meine Wurzeln sehr „verwinkelt“ verlaufen & die Wurzelbehandlungen sehr kompliziert waren. Er hat aber gute Vorarbeit geleistet, indem Karies einfach „hinter der Füllung vergraben wurde“. Für einfache Dinge & wenn man keine Probleme hat, kann man sicherlich zu dieser Praxis gehen. Ich kann auch nicht sagen, dass ich unfreundlich behandelt wurde. Braucht die Behandlung allerdings Zeit und Mühe, empfehle ich sehr, zu einem anderen Zahnarzt zu gehen.
