Dr. Merkel is really professional and nice! He can also speak English. So I will definitely visit again. They accept new patients. And I waited for 60 minutes. One star deducted is because one of the old lady at the reception was impolite. I told her the purpose of my visit in simple words in German. And she looked impatient and said "ich verstehe nicht" several times without even listening.

Friendly and highly competent doctor. Listened to all my complaints, performed the necessary checkups, and then calmly explained what the underlying causes were. I am fully satisfied.

Love the doctor and the staff. Always treated me nicely and very competent doctor, one time he just looked at me (without me speaking and telling him whats wrong) he told me my symptoms and diagnosis accurately i was amazed.

Dr Merkel is a very kind and calm person. He tries his best to explain everything in English in case the patient doesn't understand German. The staff is also very nice.
