FINALMENTE! The friendship with the people at La Mezcla was one of the best things that happened during the pandemic and finally being able to enjoy their food with friends made my heart smile. 🤩 Their ceviches are absolutely amazing and if you like it a little bit spicy(/ier) I would recommend the Ceviche a la Galleta. On the mains that decision is a lot harder to make but I’d say it would have to be between the lamb and the pulpo. 🤤👌🏼 I absolutely love that restaurants are open again and that we can let all these amazing people pull us into their world of flavor. 🥳 Muchas gracias a todos!

We loved the vibe and the food was incredible. We had the original ceviche, tataki Nikkei, steak and tempura sashimi. We waited a while for the food but it was lovely and we just had more time for their great cocktails. The service was so friendly and informative- really a special night!

One of the best dining experiences I had in Berlin so far. The food - both the ingredients quality, presentation and combination were outstanding. We had the ceviche, the polpo and the taco al pastor. Ceviche was really good-you could taste the freshness of the fish. The Polpo was well cooked and the combination with the cauliflower puree & green tea + pistachios was just wow. No words needed for the tacos - the beef was melting in the mouth. Superb. Also the drinks were great. Definitely a place to visit if you’re looking for a place for all the senses dining experience. P.S. the mojito sorbet we got from on the house at the end was a really nice touch.

Essen war super lecker und eine ganz neue Erfahrung für mich. Man merkt, dass sowohl Getränke als auch alle Gerichte mit Liebe zum Detail und frisch zubereitet werden. Dementsprechend dauert es ein bisschen länger bis was aufm Tisch steht. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass wenn es voll wird die Wartezeiten sich ein bisschen verlängern, man sollte also ein bisschen Zeit mitbringen. Aber das warten lohnt sich. Es schmeckt alles super und die Bedienung ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und das Ambiente passt zum Essen. Es ist nur etwas eng im Lokal. Mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl wird’s leider bisschen eng. Aber ansonsten alles top.

I think I have a new favourite Berlin restaurant. There is a warm family vibe about the place. The pisco sour aperitiv was a sign of things to come - lovingly prepared and delicious. I went for the Nopal as a starter just because I wanted to try grilled cactus. I know this sounds odd, but it was the best salad I've ever had. My partner has the Ceviche Nikkei and it was amazing, an envigorating explosion of flavour. I'm going to have it next time. For mains I went with the Entrecôte and partner chose the duck. Both were excellent, my Entrecôte was perfectly cooked. Both were substantial portions, we asked for some of our mains to be boxed to take away so that we wouldn have room for dessert. For desserts, deconstructed Lemon Pie for me and Chocolate fondant for my partner. The Lemon Pie took me back to my favourite dessert as a child, the biscuity base and the tart lemon - perfect. I didn't try the Chocolate fondant - but it looked amazing. This is a fascinating restaurant, I am keen to return soon.

Seit Jahren laufe ich hier vorbei, und nur per Zufall haben wir mit Freunden beschlossen da was zu essen. Ziemlich spontan. Und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen - die Gerichte sind sehr hochwertig, kreativ und auch wirklich lecker. Irgendwie habe ich das von einem Lokal in Friedenau nicht erwartet. Wir erlebten einen tollen Abend. Danke!

Incredible dining experience. The owner is so lovely, the place is really cozy and the food is simply amazing. We also loved the drinks including a good selection of South American wines. Slightly more expensive on the first sight but the portions are quite large and the quality is impeccable. Definitely a hidden gem in Berlin. Highly recommended. I suggest you book a table in advance especially if visiting on Saturday night.

Die Erfahrung im Restaurant war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Preise erschienen hoch im Vergleich zur gebotenen Qualität und dem Service. Das Ambiente war einfach, und die Tischanordnung eng. Wir mussten selbst zur Theke für den Check-in gehen, was eine mangelnde Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Personals darstellte. Besonders enttäuschend war die Wartezeit von über 40 Minuten für den Hauptgang. Insgesamt zahlten wir für 2 etwa 150 Euro für Vorspeisen, Hauptgänge und Getränke, was unser Empfinden für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis weiter beeinträchtigte. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass das Restaurant diese Punkte zur Kenntnis nimmt, um in Zukunft Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.

Wir sind durch einen sehr witzigen Zufall auf Cecilia‘s Restaurant gestoßen als wir eine Autopanne hatten. Sie hat uns an dem Abend wahnsinnig lieb aufgenommen und sich ums gekümmert. Daraufhin waren wir nun schon öfter bei ihr etwas zum Abend etwas essen und es war jedes Mal wunderschön. Wir kennen kein Restaurant was so liebevoll eingerichtet ist, so gutes frisches Essen serviert und dazu noch so eine herzliche Person wie Cecilia als Eigentümerin hat. Es ist uns immer eine Freude sie dort zu besuchen und ihr leckeres Essen zu genießen.

Very nice place overall. The staff were friendly and spoke English. Food came on time although it was not that busy. I had the tacos al pastor which were quite unique. A little bit expensive but tasty. We also had some filled pasta which was very small for the price. Like 6-8 pieces for 28e or close. It was tasty but not worth that amount. The drinks and desserts were also very good. I'd recommend it if you want high quality food and are not concerned with price.

Wir waren gestern auf Empfehlung dort und waren alle total geflasht von dem unglaublich kreativen und sensationell komponierten Essen dort. Selten so ein überraschendes und doch stimmiges Feuerwerk an Aromen erlebt. Also kurz und knapp: Wer in Berlin weilt und dort nicht sofort zum essen erscheint ist selber schuld. 6 Sterne

Best restaurant in Berlin!!! Ceviche was amazing and the chocolate cake is just perfect! I also recommend the Hokkeido soup. Nice people, cosy plave, great music, lovely food! It's worth every penny :)

We were very surprised with the quality of the food . It did take time to be served but as they say quality takes time. Beet root tartar and ceviche were full of flavours . They made special alcohol free cocktails for us . They offered us free cocktails / shots at the end that tasked really good . The service / waitresses were very friendly and kind , speaking both English and German . I’m looking forward to Come back and to try other dishes !

Excelent food, excellent service , and very nice location. I went to la Mezcla to a date with my husband and to try something new, this restaurant really surpassed my expectations, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. If you want to go there for a date or with your friends, don’t hesitate , I assure you that you would want to go again.

Cuisine with Heart & taste !

Ok so, come here for the food and have no other expectations. The food is outstanding (we had the ceviche &duck). The decor beautiful & I absolutely loved their crockery. Very tasteful. I feel bad taking off a star but here’s what went wrong: We waited for about 10 mins at the door and had to wave for anyone to even get our attention. We had a reservation but the server seemed surprised and we were then seated at probably one of the worst seats in the restaurant(despite a confirmed reservation). This on a Wednesday night. We then waited for another 10-15 mins to be even handed a menu! They had changed their menu apparently and there was a lot of confusion about that. Finally the saving grace was that the waiter who attended us after 30 mins could speak some English. We were celebrating an anniversary so we were put off by all the disorganisation & chaos. Will I go back again? Absolutely yes, but without any expectations of service!
