I came here mainly because I wanted to try their Vegan "New Meat" Burger and yes I liked it but i did have a bad experience with it. I ordered the burger and they brought a "regular" burger instead and just after biting into it it was suspicious to me and asked the waitress and she said i was right, it was a mistake from her! I think this shouldn't happen with food restrictions/allergies! Restaurants should be more careful about their orders, I've been vegetarian for more than 10 years and this is the first time i bite into a "regular" burger due to a mistake of a restaurant staff! Really really bad experience! So after that bad experience with the one item i came specially to try, I got the Vegan "new meat" Burger and yes it tasted good but honestly it's too expensive compared to other also really good Vegan Burgers in Berlin, you can easily get a much tastier vegan burger for half the price in many places!

Oft in verschiedenen Filialen von Spreegold. Der Kundenservice ist freundlich wie immer. Der Pfannkuchen war gut. Das Hähnchen im Salat war ein bisschen trocken. Die Rindfleischnudeln waren lecker, vor allem die Soße. Von unseren Getränken sind wir total enttäuscht. Was wir bestellen wollten, war nicht verfügbar, weil Sirup nicht vorrätig war. Also hatten wir verschiedene Tees bestellt. Sie schmeckten nur wie Wasser mit Zucker und Farbe.

Spreegold Mitte, right across from our hotel, Motel One, was a fantastic find. We only managed to have a meal here on our last day in Berlin, and we regret we didn't come sooner! We'd often walked past it, always thinking about trying it out later. What a shame we waited! Our meal was absolutely fantastic – everything was freshly cooked, and our waiter had the biggest smile on her face. The portions were enormous; my friend Marta and I decided to share the main course and dessert because they were so generous. The vegan curry and pancake were just out of this world. We never tasted anything quite like it. If you're in Berlin Mitte, I can't recommend this place enough. Has a beautiful modern design, and the food is fresh and delicious. It's a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a delightful experience in the city's centre.

This food is so amazing. User friendly menu and comfortable seating arrangement. The staff are friendly and the orders came in a very timely manner. The fruit juices are all natural and made right in sight. The only down side is that it’s a bit cold in the restaurant. Besides that, I had an amazing experience.

Coming from the Netherlands and knowing a lot of nice and good cafés, this one was really nice also. The interior is very modern, open and friendly. The large windows let a lot of natural light in. I had a latte macchiato which was nice. But the eggs benedict were my favourite. They were really yummy and I did not need to wait a lot, even when they were packed full with people. The staff was very friendly and helpful also, when I asked my questions, since it was my first time in this Café. All in all I recommend and I will definitely come again, when I am in Berlin.

The place was really welcoming and peaceful ! I ordered a café latte, the red velvet pancakes and a waffle. The coffee was really good but the presentation of the red velvet pancakes wasn’t looking like the picture and was kinda disappointed (more maple syrup would have been appreciated), and the waffle, was way too hard to eat (seems like the waffles wasn’t made today but u don’t know). Besides that everything went well the the waiter was nice ! (+1 for the wheelchair accessibility in the bathroom !)

We came in by 7:30pm and got the MENUS almost at 8!! Got our order taken at 8:15! I had been here before for take out on desserts and they are really tasty but the food is BAD. Had a pulled pork burger and Caesar salad and couldn’t eat it. Chicken was soggy on the salad, cooked separately with a bunch of oil. Pulled pork burger wasn’t even pulled apart, the bread got all soggy and just couldn’t eat it 💀💀 when I told the waitress about it she said “thats how we always do it” and proceeded to give us the check.

2,5 euro for a small glass of still water. Coffee nothing special and my eggs were cold. There are better options that won’t offer you and charge for extras. It is a pity as the place has potential. Far better is crossing the street to 19gramAlex

Experience here was amazing. I ended up visiting 3 times in 3 days. Food is really tasty, staff is really good and humble. Service is good. Really pleasant. Whatever you order you will love. Must visit place.

Food and service was great. Lasagne portion looked small, but it was very filling and tasty. Presentation was very nice. Bit expensive, but it’s Alexanderplatz and what you expect. The music could be turned down a bit and when the restaurant started filling up, it started smelling like cigarette smoke

Extremely pleased by the service. We ordered marshmallow hot chocolate without realising the hot chocolate could have geletin. Only realised on recieving it. The staff was extremely cooperative and offered to replace the drink for us. Very pleased with the service. Definitely visiting again and again now. Thank you!

My partner and I have been waiting for 1 HOUR, no more, no less, for a yogurt and some eggs Benedict. The service is exaggeratedly slow. The staff is friendly and it's clearly not their fault. The owner must consider making a larger kitchen or not putting so many tables if they are not going to be able to provide good service. Tourist trap. WE WILL NOT COME BACK EVER.

I had the eggs benedict. It was really nice, but the egg could have had more runny yolk. The bread and bacon were really crispy and good. The place was quite busy and I was alone dining. A waitor never came and checked on me, and I always had to asked them to come. I had vanilla latte and it was really good.

Went for a breakfast with kids. The place is well done up. Has good heavy options for a hearty breakfast. Ordered pancakes with cherry sauce, Omelette and coffee.

We had the brunch here and the food was very good. The waiting time, not so good. It took us one hour to order and to get our food.

We ordered egg in breakfast and pasta and candaian pan cake, Candian Pancake, came with Bacon Egg breakfast, had too much oil in it The pasta was just boiled and had cheese on it. No taste nothing at all.

The place has great ambiance. Plenty of place to sit. Really, really delicious food. We ordered Sweet Dreams pancake and Egg Bennedict Bbq style and plain egg benedict. It was super delicious. Coffee was great as well.

A nice restaurant near Alexander Platz, with a pleasant and fresh interior, friendly service and tasty food. We ordered seasonal Spargel dishes, portions were not very fulfilling, quite expensive, but very tasty.

Nice restaurant, we had brunch. I took the chicken burger and the fries. The burger was ok and the fries were very good. When I ate the burger, a lot of water came dripping out. The bun was also soggy. This was caused by the tomato on the burger. It’s better to use tomato species with a lot more beef and less water. Water shouldn’t drip out and the bun should stay nice and tasty. The fries were excellent: nice big size so they stayed warm, good texture and taste. I liked the green ice tea very much, even though that it was not like how I thought it would be. Lastly there was excellent service, the woman with the glasses was very friendly. She took the time to explain some things on the menu and gave great advice. Couldn’t have been better service-wise!! The burger needs some improvement. Thanks for the experience!

Great food quality with a lot of different choices, very good salads and burgers. Fresh beverages. Service a bit slow.

They have the slowest service. Getting the menu and giving your order is a struggle. And even after ordering, I waited for 45 minutes for one omelette. That’s crazy. And putting a salad with a lot of sauce on an omelette is not a good idea: the omelette was soaking the salad sauce.

Arrived to this place after randomly walking around Alexanderplatz. And what a surprise ! Warm welcome, we entered there only to drink but the place was too good to leave so we ended up ordering food. Hard to make a choice, and I bet there are many good ones ! I tried the halloumi burger, and I can only say it was delicious. Fries were great too (and I'm from Belgium) ! Would come back for sure !
