Gern hätte ich noch einen Kaffee und einen Keks genossen, aber zahlende Gäste hat man dort nicht nötig. Lieber lassen die drei Damen (eine mit rostgefärbten Haaren und kurzem Pony) die wartenden Gäste (ca vier) ihrem Privatgespräch lauschen. Es wird demonstrativ vor einem gegessen und man wird nicht beachtet. Auch nicht, wenn man auf sich aufmerksam macht. Sowas habe ich selten erlebt. Auch lautstarkes Aufregen über ihre respektlose Art juckt die Damen nicht, schließlich verstehen sie kein Wort von dem oder es prallt einfach an ihrer überheblichen Attitude ab. Ähnliches Bild auch oft an den Kassen, man erlebt selten freundliche Verkäufer, die problemlos den Bezahlvorgang abwickeln.

Das Konzept dieses Ladens begeistert mich total. Kleidung in modischen Farben und sehr stylisch. Kann man immer tragen. Ist nicht unbedingt mein Geschmack, aber über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten😊 Was allerdings voll mein Geschmack ist, ist das Café gleich am Eingang. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Absolut leckerer Latte Macchiato und Zimtschnecken die ohne Konkurrenz sind 😀 Ich hatte eine " normale" Zimtschnecke die aussergewöhnlich schmeckte. Derjenige der die Zimtschnecken macht liebt seine Arbeit. Lecker, lecker, lecker💯

This starless grading is not meant for the clothes, but for the store management and the customer service. My friend and I were shopping here and there were signs scattered all around the store that there was supposedly a 15% off for your first-time purchase there. We both did the newsletter in front of the cashier employee and she confirmed it. To later see on the bill that I got 10% and my friend got 0% discount. We contacted the customer service and their reply: "deal with the store manager yourself." And obviously, why bother, it's a few euros. That's probably what they are counting on too, people will just forget. But out of principle, I wanted this as a public review: the nickel&dime-ing of customers, them lying to your face in the store and the way the customer service deals with people is really off. Otherwise, nice quality basics. #yay

Amazing store with different services! Specially their coffee section! Their staff is really kind and nice! And their bakery and coffee is really good! Highly recommend it! Price is okey

Schöne Basics. Im Café hatte ich eine komische Begegnung. Ich bestellte auf deutsch - anscheinend ein Fehler. Statt mir mitzuteilen, dass sie nur englisch spricht, starrte mich die Bedienung einfach nur an. Im Kundenkontakt, sollte man schon ein kleines bisschen Kommunikationstalent haben... Ich spreche auch englisch, kein Problem, aber das muss man auch kommunizieren.

Right at the entrance there is a cozy little cafe with a great choice of drinks and snacks (both sweet and salty). They also have several vegan options. I can recommend going here if you are looking for delicious coffee, friendly staff, and a place to sit for reading a book/newspaper.

The staff is very friendly and the store is spacious and bright. They have a multitude of items from clothing, to homeware, and a café (although it seems to be closed now due to corona).

The cafe is absolutely the highlight here. The food and drinks are comically good for being in a clothing shop. Love coming here!

Little cute Café with nice Cortados 👌🏼

Although the shop is nice and fancy, the clothes quality is very poor. A t-shirt shrunk by 3 cm in length after a single cold water wash. The same happened with a sweatshirt I bough a few month ago. Definitely, not worth the money.

Very nice store and the food really nice. Staff is super friendly. Their soup combo is amazingly good.

So I like shopping 🛍️! Have a look around, little things Iike Body & Bath care, kids fashion, men and women, nice home stuff like handmade vases or nice wool blankets. Great quality! Good for presents … not to busy, great to have a healthy snack or coffee afterwards or for bored partners ; ) B the way: the perfume oils smells amazing!!! 35 Euro good price.

One of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had! I would also recommend their cookbook. And of course, top notch collection at the store too.

My fav shop in town! After your shopping, make sure you stop by the cafè - the pastries and the coffee stand out all the Berlin (quite poor) standards, even more if you don’t exactly love the German baked goods and coffee (:

Modern store.

It's quite big, and they have a decent collection of clothing, however if you are looking for trousers in a smaller size I would try ginding another shop.

That's for sure a store with some great esthetics, almost a concept store. I would happily buy some overpriced home decor and cutlery since everything is so beautiful and well presented. Looking for a good pair of jeans was however a big disappointment - "normal cut" trausers with a perfect fit in your waste ended their way like 20 cm above your feet. Arket store has appereantly never heard of tall people.

Arket is one of my favorite clothing stores. Some things might be over priced but the have sales quite often.

Good location, easy to get to each floor, enough room to walk around without feeling crowded.

The staff are super friendly and the store is beautiful. The coffee however is shockingly bad - what a shame!

Nice clothes to buy but even better place to have coffee and sweet pastries
