Just feeling the need to share my happiness. I have to say, there are days when you just walked into a store. Pick up something and pay and go and there are days where you really really need help and wished someone that understand. Mr, Schneider! At babyone is the one and only person I go to. Best ever, most helpful, most knowledgeable, sincere, person I ever buy things from. The first time my wife and I met him, he made us feel like we already knew him for over 10 years. He made us feel the whole shopping experience a very wonderful and a very memorable one. And every time I use the things I buy from him. It reminded me of the wonderful shopping experience. To me, this is very important. It is not which baby store you buy your things from. They are all more or less the same. But finding a great, and most helpful sale person in Berlin. It’s not easy. To all those who believe shopping should be a great experience. Mr, Schneider is your only man. I say this in the hope that more people like me will have a better and happiest shopping experience.

Bought kinderwagen and other baby stuff. Service was above and beyond. Though it is their job to help but the way they do it brings it to another level. All smiles and very patient. I would say they helped me even if I cant speak good German. It was worth the trip. It is the customer handling that mattered to me and my husband so will definitely be back. I will add stars because they deserve it ⭐⭐

Very good service. If you need some professional advice about a stroller or a baby safety seat Mr. Schneider will help you. Very nice, speaks English and he also helped me with assemble the stroller. I was very happy. Recommended!

Nice shop with a big variety of items to choose from. It is not a budget shop, but it definitely worths a visit. Available customer parking area.

The sales rep was not very helpful and not very friendly. I came in looking for a stroller, they have mid range products but would only recommended high end products. Even though clearly the more expensive ones were not suitable for my needs. The store is pretty big, offering a wide range of products from cribs to clothes, infant to early childhood.

Good service good shop. But much more expensive then the shop Baby Walt which only 1km away and really similar shop! I ordered a bed 169€ without mattes and 215€ with mattes from Baby-korb, but other shop only 140€ with mattes. When I find out talk to them, they can't give any discount.

We bought from online shop and requested cancellation in 3 hours. They refused and shipped the item. We rejected delivery after contacting support to cancel it, its has been 3 weeks and no refund has been issued. And after contacting many times support, it doesnt help. Avoid online shopping in this portal.
