Robert and Joseph were terrific. Everything went smoothly and quickly for service and food. Food was very smoky and delicious- a great bbq place. High end food absolutey satisfying. I could barely stand up I ate so much. I would recommend to anybody- especially if you’re wanting some good smoked bbq

Stopped at the Prescott Valley location for lunch and was really impressed! We sat on the patio where our dog was warmly welcomed. We were served by Hannah who was friendly, professional, and attentive. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies, so the manager, Robert, came by with an allergen listing of every offering. There were lots of dairy and gluten-free choices, and the food was delicious. We had the smoke meat sampler platter; we ate more than we should and still had to pack a doggy bag (box)! Good choice of draught beer, bourbon, and whisky. The true star of the show was the service - Hannah and Robert knocked it out of the park, especially considering we were sitting on the patio on a cool day. Unfortunately we do not live in the area, or I would soon become a regular. I highly recommend COLT Grill.

Colt grill and barbecue is one of the best barbecue restaurants in the state of Arizona that is reasonably priced. They have an extensive menu of barbecue items and non-barbecue items that are fantastic. I recommend the brisket, the brisket sandwich the smoked turkey the mac & cheese is fantastic with the breadcrumbs and bacon, and the smoked turkey was delicious. We also got a couple sampler platters that were very good as well to the ambience in the restaurant works very well with Arizona and the cowboy feel in the huge smokers on the patio. When I’m in Preskett Valley I’m definitely coming back again. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for reading my Google

OK I was sold when I arrived and they had a giant smoker smoking outside. I really couldn’t decide what I wanted so I went all in for the sampler platter, and a side of three ribs, can I say, oink, oink. I have to tell you I was a disappointed with the sausage, turkey, pulled pork, brisket, and the options of sauces were fabulous. I had a drink there called the “patriot”. Sally made it. I loved Sally and Jonny. what a team if I was ever to open up my own place, I would have to steal them. Without a doubt this is one of my favorite restaurants that I have eaten in a while. 12* and by the way, after I ordered my food, sit down on my table, I turned around, and there was a line out of the door. Don’t forget to order your freshly made cookies. I WOULD RECOMMEND

What a wonderful place. Neat counter service and sit down. The BBQ is spot on. Generous portions. The ribs were not too tender and had just the right tug. The brisket was stretchy tender, so good. They had the best selection of sauces, especially the apricot blend. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is worth your time.

I'm a huge fan of BBQ and on my this place did not disappoint at all. The meat was amazing, service was friendly and helpful. You have to get the ribs, brisqite tacos are truly amazing, and the Mac and cheese is a must. Will be going back frequently.

Good food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Robert chatted with us for a minute and was very pleasant. He made sure everything was good with our experience, but we couldn't talk him out of a cookie, so he's only getting 4 stars.

Best burger I have ever had. Period. Brisket at a restaurant historically has been garbage at best, not here. Pulled pork, amazing. If you don't go here you're doing yourself a disservice. Amazing.

First time at this restaurant. You find a table yourself, grab a menu and when you are ready you go up and stand in line to place your order. You then wait for your number to be called and you go up and get your food. No wait staff. Food was great. Lines were long but efficient. If you are wanting to go out and relax and have someone take your order and check on you periodically throughout your meal…this is not the place. We enjoyed it, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. Interesting concept for sure.

The food was 9/10, I believe the mac n cheese was something to be desired but that’s just my personal preference. However, the bar service took this to a solid 10/10. The bartender was a blonde woman maybe early 40s, and she was an absolute doll. She was attentive and friendly, great conversation, and treated me like I’d been here 100 times even though this was my first time. It’s clean, great food, very comforting atmosphere. This place is great.

I’m here on a business trip and BEST SMOKED MEATS I.HAVE.EVER.HAD. Hands down. Robert brought is an absolutely amazing manager!! He walked me through everything and gave me recommendations. 10/10 would recommend!

I live down in the valley and go up to Prescott to visit my sister. Her, her family, and I have been near a dozen times, and every time, we've left with a very full stomach and very happy tastebuds. The hardworking cooks/chefs and kitchen are in view as you gather your drinks, utensils, and sauces (a great variety of flavors). Take a comfortable seat, your number is called and go grab the delicious meal..... ENJOY!!!
