Went
to
Sonic
to
get
a
couple
of
sodas.
The
app
was
down
so
we
couldn't
get
the
usual
1/2
off
through
it,
so
we
decided
to
go
through
the
drive
through.
We
sat
there
for
a
for
a
little
bit
with
no
acknowledgement.
So
I
said
"Hello?"
Because
I
wasn't
sure
they
even
knew
I
was
there.
She
said
"Hello"
finally
like
30
seconds
later
in
a
rude
tone.
I
told
her
I
tried
to
place
an
order
on
the
app
for
sodas
and
it
was
unavailable
at
their
location,
so
I
asked
if
they
would
still
honor
it
if
I
ordered
there.
All
I
get
back
is
"No"
in
a
rude
tone.
So
I
asked
again,
"ok
so
you
won't
honor
it?"
"No."
(The
other
location
in
Prescott
does
honor
it,
by
the
way).
Ok
bye.
And
last
week,
we
had
submitted
our
order
via
the
app
and
sat
there
for
20
minutes.
We
could
see
inside
the
store
and
all
of
the
employees
were
playing
on
their
phones...
So
I
pressed
the
red
button
to
find
out
what
was
going
on
and
got
some
excuse
how
they
are
training
people
so
it
is
taking
longer
than
usual.
We
only
ordered
2
sodas.
Never
going
back
here
again.
It's
bad
enough
that
they
always
give
us
the
wrong
food
so
we
stopped
going
here
for
food
months
as
it
was.
Don't
waste
your
time.
Go
to
Prescott
instead.
