This place is so horrible. Went for food tonight and went to pay half cash and half card. Later on I looked at my bank account and realized they had charged my whole meal on my card and kept my cash. All of them seemed like they were on drugs as well. Very upset they stole my money. And once I called the guy just told me for future reference we can’t do half card half cash. So then why did they take my money and not say that and give it back. Unexceptional. Update: went and talked to the morning manager and she was a complete sweetheart helped me out tons and refunded me All of my money and said how sorry she was. This place is good in the morning would not recommend going at night though

I don't normally post bad reviews, as I like to highlight the good in people and places, but the owners need to know the lack of customer service, most stalls were out of order, and once we finally received our ice cream, it was like milk.

Went to Sonic to get a couple of sodas. The app was down so we couldn't get the usual 1/2 off through it, so we decided to go through the drive through. We sat there for a for a little bit with no acknowledgement. So I said "Hello?" Because I wasn't sure they even knew I was there. She said "Hello" finally like 30 seconds later in a rude tone. I told her I tried to place an order on the app for sodas and it was unavailable at their location, so I asked if they would still honor it if I ordered there. All I get back is "No" in a rude tone. So I asked again, "ok so you won't honor it?" "No." (The other location in Prescott does honor it, by the way). Ok bye. And last week, we had submitted our order via the app and sat there for 20 minutes. We could see inside the store and all of the employees were playing on their phones... So I pressed the red button to find out what was going on and got some excuse how they are training people so it is taking longer than usual. We only ordered 2 sodas. Never going back here again. It's bad enough that they always give us the wrong food so we stopped going here for food months as it was. Don't waste your time. Go to Prescott instead.

Horrible. Went for a party melt after watching the commercial. Apparently they do not know how to make one. There were no onions and alot of mayo on my overcooked bread. Tater tots were overcooked also. Very disappointed

Please!!!!!!!!!! this 5 star rating is thanks to Summer the MANAGER. My tater tots were cold and my husbands hamburger was cold as well. So I right away ask to please have the MANAGER come out. Summer came to my window very professional and apologetic and didn't really ask a lot of questions and right away said she will make sure my tots were fresh and also my husbands hamburger she's an amazing MANAGER she not only fixed the problem but her positive attitude was on point. She deserves to be recognized for this. Thank you Summer for your wonderful customer service.

The service here has improved. My daughter and I like to get Route 44 ice waters and continue refilling them when we get home. The onion rings are exceptional. The footling chili cheese coneys are too. There are a lot of items on the menu that are really good. For a really sweet soda ask for a cherry limeade add blue coconut. It's the same as a cherry limeade and ocean water mixed. It's delicious. I think I'm the only one that orders that because they always act shocked when I want them mixed.

It was such a nice evening, so we decided to get a hot fudge sundae at Sonic (Prescott Valley). It was probably the best sundae we've had in a long time. It was perfectly made with plenty of hot fudge on bottom and top, whip cream and 2 cherries 🍒 on top! Thank you Sonic for the great service and Awesome Hot Fudge Sundae!!

All locations in the Prescott tri-city have gone way down hill. We ended up leaving without ever being helped. We will no longer support any of the 3 locations due to lack of caring/staff attentiveness. The food is hit and miss and most times takes 45 minutes or longer to get. There are much better fast options.

I was the only customer and it took a long time to get a sunday and then the ice cream was icy and chalky. The hot fudge was not hot and didn’t taste right. I saw three workers and no one else, I wander why. When I paid cash money it took a long time to get my change as if the girl was trying to do the math on a piece of paper to figure out what to give me. I want go back anytime soon.

DON’T get corn dogs here!!! Being a past employee i can tell you that the kitchen will take a bite out of corn dogs to check temperature and they put it back with all the other corn dogs. Corporate and Justin the General Manager all suck, Justin has been there almost a year and hasn’t told corporate anything about all the stuff that’s broken. They’re more worried about painting their store than making it run better like (upgrading the stalls, fixing ALL card readers and fixing up the stuff in the kitchen. I worked there for about 6 months, I trained over 10 people and they all left before I did, that should tell you everything you need. SONIC SUCKS DONT RECOMMEND ANY OF THEM HERE IN THE TRI CITY.

The food was good and the shakes! But the woman who helped us at the counter wow she was amazing, I didn't catch her name she was a mature woman, She acted more like the best waitress! She made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. And just went above and beyond it was amazing.

Waited 7 min in the drive thru for acknowledgement of a drink order. After no one said to pull up, I went up to the window where I waited another 2 minutes while the 2 ppl inside argued about where Brenda was without acknowledging me. So I left. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not the first time it felt like using something of convenience was not convenient....
