Used to really love this place. Kylee did an amazing job. Until my last visit...where my roots were orange and my scalp burned afterward. After I saw my hair I told her that I didn't like it. Her reply was that I could see how busy she was so she clearly didn't have time to fix it. She was helping 3-4 people at a time and I was going past the 4 hour mark of being there. I was extremely upset by this encounter. I sadly have found a new stylist. Sucks because she did a really good job and I spent a lot of money to have my hair done but unfortunately treating your customers like they aren't a priority is a big no no.

Teri is a gifted and wise stylist. She intuitively knows what her customers desire. She made me feel comfortable. The cut and color was more than I had hoped for. I thank my lucky stars for her.

I go to Kylee religiously for my hair. She knows how I like to express myself in the vibrant hair.colors & styles. She's easy to work with & keeps up conversation. You don't work with the business, you work with the stylist. Kylee goes above & beyond for her clients to feel beautiful & loved. I recommend her above all.

I was referred by a friend to visit Kylee because I was looking for a particular style. I am very picky with my hair and it was dead dead. I was in need for someone to bring it back to life and make me feel good about myself again. After looking at Kylee's Instagram I was sold. Drove all the way from Mesa to Prescott and it was all worth it. I was low key embarrassed on how my hair was, it was not healthy at all!! Kylee was all for the project and provided wonderful service. I will continue making that drive just for her. The owner was very sweet as well!! She even offered thin mint Oreos. Great positive vibes all around, highly recommend!!

After receiving many bad haircuts in Prescott, I won't go anywhere else but Bella Luna Salon. Staff are professional and friendly. I usually book with the owner Ginny, she does beautiful work. She walks me through each step of the haircut to ensure I get what I want, and gives great tips for styling/caring for my hair at home.

So happy to have found Bella Luna Salon! They've recently updated their space, and it makes it a calming atmosphere and is paired with a friendly team! Owner Kimberly does my hair, and not only is she beyond gifted, but she is also a TOP-NOTCH person and always makes conversation easy! Highly recommend!

I had a excellent experience today at Bella Luna with my NEW stylist Kimberly! The atmosphere was nice,comfortable and clean. Kimberly did a full head of highlights on me and she did AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and professional! I am excited that I finally found a great stylist and salon!!

Cami at Bella Luna Salon is terrific! She always cuts my hair exactly how I like it. The salon has a lot to offer and often has new products and services available every time I go there. I highly recommend Bella Luna.
