Read carefully.... Food is awesome. Location is great. Employees are nice and polite, but are also captives of a corporate machine that doesn't accept all forms of US currency, and brainwashes that policy using the rhetoric of employee safety- that somehow not accepting a $50 makes them safer?! What an absolute load of trash!

My first time at a Cinnabon. I had a half baked cinnamon roll and a week low quality taste coffee here this morning. She told me they were out of fresh rolls but offered to microwave one for me. Yet it was still thin and doey. Then she asked if I wanted to tip. Very tacky. The cinnamon roll was bad. The coffee was bad. It's not hard to make good food. Make good food.

Love Cinnabon and the staff is awesome! Grandma Vicki was so sweet and personable! And she went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly dad. We will definitely be back!

Ordered a mochalotta chill and an oreo cookie chill. We were told corporate is cutting corners and she did not have the proper lid to fit the cup. There was no whipped cream or cinnamon on the mochalotta chill. She put runny whipped cream on the oreo but no cookie pieces and the lid didnt fit so it was just sitting loose. We also got a 6 pack regular rolls. The box she gave us were extremely dry looking and hardly any icing. Definitely did not look like the ones sitting for sale as singles. $32 for incorrectly made drinks and nasty rolls. It's unprofessional to blame corporate for drinks that were not made right. Probably lack of training. Make sure people are getting what you're advertising in your pictures.

I've missed having Cinnabon for years since the first one in Prescott. This new one does not disappoint! Maddie was so incredibly sweet and helpful with us ordering!

Rudest employee I have seen in eons…. Tapped her fingers annoyed I was not swiping my card fast enough. This was my first Cinnabon experience and probably my LAST!

I just love this place and Vicki was the best provider of customer service. She always has a smile on her face and works hard to make sure you do too!
