Impressive gallery right on the courthouse square, downtown Prescott Az. The front windows display a fabulous reproduction of Anasazi ruins. Amazing. Store is filled with high quality jewelry and art. Extremely talented artist's work can be found here. Hand painted hides, bronze works by Dennis Gallagher, native American masks. A must see.

Beautiful selection of quality, original, works of art, signed by extremely talented artists. Love the jewelry I picked out online and am proud to wear it! I even got a call from one of the owners to verify my address! Excellent customer service. Thank you! This is the place to shop for one of a kind items. 😃🙏☀️

Im a marketing manager for another local business and we love to do promotions and partnerships with other businesses. I went in to Black Arrow to talk to them about a possible partnership today and a blonde short haired lady said-“We dont want anything from you. No.” In all my years of work Ive never been treated like that and I think this says a lot about this business. What an embarrassment. Everyone else on the square has been so kind, but Black Arrow can rot for all I care. It was so disheartening. You can turn people down without being rude and I think that says a lot about the culture of this business. What a shame. I have never felt so looked down on and interacted with someone so condescending.

If you're looking for unique one of a kind gifts you came to the right place. If you're looking to get more in touch with or learn more about Native American heritage you came to the right place. There's quite a bit of hand made jewelry items as well,as you'll see from my included pics. Travel Happy 😁

I visited this shop, as well as many others while my family and I visited Prescott. The items in the shop are lovely and unique and extremely interesting. The people owning the shop however, are quite rude and unwelcoming. Many of the shops on Whiskey Row display and sell creations of numerous artists, who depend on sales in these shops that they have partnered with. If the artists displayed in this shop are struggling with sales, I suspect it's due to owners treatment of potential buyers, rather than the pieces of art themselves. I like to spend my money in places where I feel welcomed and appreciated. My family is of mixed race, and am not sure if that had anything to do with our treatment, but I decided to contact artist personally instead of buying in this store.

I would like to thank Bill and Terry and their amazing jewelry repair craftsman for restringing a family squash blossom necklace and making it wearable again. The necklace is about 50 years old and was made in Arizona and worn by my mother, who passed it on to me at her death. I kept it in a drawer for 15 years because two strings were broken and some of the silver beads were missing. I took it to Black Arrow Jewelry & Art in July 2022, based solely on their website and reviews. They repaired the piece for a reasonable price, adding six silver beads and giving them a patina to match the original beads. The necklace was restored to its beauty. I am giving it to my niece who has a special connection to her Grandma. We appreciate the care and professionalism of the folks at Black Arrow.
