I
have
been
going
here
for
years
on
and
off.
Mainly
stopping
at
times
because
of
the
service
not
being
consistently
good.
I
started
going
again
and
will
only
see
the
owner
or
her
husband
because
they
are
decent
and
consistent.
Well
I
made
an
appointment
a
few
days
ago
with
her
or
her
husband,
she
said
no
problem.
I
don’t
mind
who
does
my
toes
but
my
nails
I
wanted
them.
Well
immediately
when
I’m
done
with
my
toes
she
moves
two
girls
who
are
together
over
to
her
and
her
husbands
station.
Then
the
girl
who
finished
my
toes
asked
me
what
color
I
want
for
my
nails.
I
realize
it
won’t
be
the
owner
or
her
husband
and
I
was
a
bit
annoyed
by
that
so
I
decided
to
just
pay
for
the
toes
and
come
back
a
day
when
one
of
them
can
do
my
nails.
I
go
to
pay
and
the
owner
is
so
completely
RUDE.
She
tells
me
I
wasted
her
time
not
getting
my
nails
done,
I
tell
her,
which
I
wasn’t
even
planning
on,
that
I
had
asked
for
her
or
her
husband.
She
yells
at
and
tells
me
she
was
going
to
do
them,
what
did
I
think
she
was
doing!
Which
was
not
true
because
she’s
always
in
her
station,
never
in
a
different
one.
She
literally
scolded
me
and
told
me
next
time
to
do
what
I
said
I
was
going
to
do!
I
didn’t
say
a
thing.
I
was
in
shock
that
she
would
talk
to
a
customer
who
has
been
there
for
years
like
that.
I’ve
brought
family
and
friends
and
have
spent
tons
of
money
there!
Also,
they
charged
me
$48
on
a
$31
pedicure
because
I
got
gel.
So
I
guess
gel
is
$17
there.
There
are
so
many
other
places
in
town
I
will
be
spending
my
money
at.
AVOID
THIS
PLACE.
They
also
talk
bad
about
you
while
you
are
getting
serviced
there.
It’s
a
very
negative
environment.
This
is
in
response
to
the
owners
response.
I
had
missed
a
few
appointments
in
the
past
but
ALWAYS
called
to
cancel
and
let
them
know.
I
always
let
your
establishment
know
before
and
canceled
well
before
my
appointment.
Not
sure
what
I
do
for
a
living
has
any
bearing
on
my
nail
appointments.
I
explained
in
detail
on
review
as
to
why
I
didn’t
want
my
nails
done
this
time.
I
had
specifically
asked
for
you
or
your
husband
and
I
was
put
with
another
person.
If
you
had
more
skilled
nail
techs
I
wouldn’t
of
had
to
ask
for
just
you
or
your
husband.
That
is
the
only
reason
why
I
opted
to
come
back
that
day.
I
didn’t
say
anything
to
you
at
all
when
you
were
rude
to
me
in
front
of
your
customers.
NOT
A
WORD.
I
kept
my
mouth
shut.
So
I’m
not
sure
how
much
kinder
I
could
of
been.
Your
response
to
my
review
telling
me
you
hope
I
have
a
happy
life
should
show
people
how
utterly
unprofessional
you
are.
Also,
the
man
who
everyone
negatively
reviewed
about
in
your
salon
is
absolutely
horrible.
He’s
all
the
things
people
say.
Rude,
annoyed
at
his
job,
and
rough
with
clients
fingers.
It’s
very
apparent
on
all
the
reviews.
Maybe
you
should
do
something
about
that
instead
of
telling
past
customers
to
have
a
happy
life.
