I was given full and complete x-rays with immediate visuals displayed directly in front of me. The hygienist was highly skilled and professional in every aspect of her service. She verbalised all of the procedures performed and was very thorough. The dentist reviewed my xrays and did a detailed examination after the cleaning process. I was pleased to learn that I had no dental issues at this time! This facility has a terrific professional team and the latest technological devices to assist them. I highly recommend Prescott Dental Arts and will become a regular patient from this point forward.

I’m (was) a new patient and yesterday was my first visit. From the beginning everything was off/awkward. The receptionist was new and didn’t seem well trained. The Hygienist didn’t hardly say a word to me during the entire cleaning, except things like turn your head please. The Dentist looked like he was in his late twenties and worst of all was how rough the cleaning was! I have had my teeth cleaned regularly for over 35 years but never have I had as painful an experience. Despite my squirming in the chair she just kept going as though she didn’t even notice. And don’t be fooled by the reviews as they are lobbying for you to give them 5 stars before you even leave. I will find a new Dentist that understands the importance of serving the customer.

The staff and Doctor made me feel more at ease than I could have imagined. The facility was clean and calming. Update: Had procedure done and was hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had. Thank you!!

This was my first visit to Prescott Dental. The girls working here are so friendly. Talking to these lovely girls was like I knew them for years. DOC Nick was very kind and easy to talk with. I never felt rushed, and he seemed very understanding of my fear of dentist. He assured me I wouldn't feel pain when he works on my teeth. I'm 71 yrs old, and sadly, my gums are not healthy. I have seen 2 other dentists making Doc Nick my third. Same results, so I will have my teeth on the top removed. And new teeth put in its place. It's a shame they didn't last my lifetime, but that's OK. I have faith I will be in good hands.

Practicing dentistry by not using fluoride, metals, and other products to best align with the overall body is a choice. One that I am very grateful for Dr Herbert and his staff for supporting! Sam is great and I truly appreciate the entire team here at Prescott Dental Arts. Very friendly and efficient. I was nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in ten years, but was put at ease as soon as I entered the building. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They clearly know what they are doing. I was in good hands!

Dr Herbert is great! I am having implants made. We are very close to completing the process and are now fitting the permanent teeth. He was very helpful and precise in getting the color, size and fit PERFECT. I appreciate his expertise!
