It's convenient to have everything they do here, but they never have enough help and never have enough cashiers, or their If self check out kiosks are broken half the time. Improve those things and it would be a much better experience.

I frequent this particular store several times a week & always find it neat, clean, and well stocked with lowest prices on various goods. Employees have always been friendly & courteous to me so no complaints. Most times of day it is busy which can mean several minutes waiting to check out, even at the self checkouts.

Some of the best products and usually cheaper than a lot of other places for some things especially food and just every day stuff. As far as couple of the product I've only seen it go up in price to where I shop elsewhere can't get over inflation and how many times the things I'm used to purchasing is gone to high of price for me to afford it as I was just paying 3 or 4 dollars and the same product is now double the price on same amount different look for what reason I have been trying to find a replacement that has to be good and definitely has to be cheaper to buy it and at least 3 to a pack to compare to what it was like before everything went to hell in a hand basket...

Walmart is a wonderful place to shop in PI, ME, even though they do have Their prices are kinda high, but so is every other place in town. But they also have a lot of low prices on different types of items, and I love this store ! Thank you so very much Walmart store !

Since I moved up here I've been going to Walmart to have the oil changed in my vehicle I just had it done and on the service report they checked off bad on my air filter I went back into asked why and he told me that there was a tear in it I said well that's pretty funny because about a month and a half ago I was in here to have my oil changed again and I asked him to put a new air filter in that I had purchased along with the oil filter because they don't have either of them in stock at Walmart for my vehicle so which means that day tour of the air filter when they were putting it in and didn't say nothing just left it as it was because air filters just don't tear so they did it and I told them this and the other kid behind the guy I was talking to it was like so I'm a little upset that they thought it would be okay to ruin the air filter and then install it and not try to replace it or even say anything I am really really unhappy with the service and will not be returning again for any type of service

Always like going to Walmart in Presque Isle. You can pretty much get anything that needs getting and browse stuff for a couple hours. A big bonus is the ability to self checkout without the long lines.

Went in to get a gift for my daughter's birthday & they had exactly what I was looking for! Fast checkout & friendly service.

Presque Isle Super Walmart is the best big store this far north of Bangor. They have everything including Dunken Donuts. Again everyone there is polite and very respectful. Next time you go there tell anyone of the workers that I Terry from Littleton sent you.

My son has worked there almost year his first job, they are very good people he enjoys working for them. Thank you walmart for being great employer!! Walmart is my favorite place to shop. I can be there for hours just looking at stuff... 😆 🤣

I was a service technician there and I quite working cause the shoo manager has no respect for the customers he let's his workers leave people's vehicles unlocked and someone can easily steal stuff from people. So please be careful if you go there to have work done to your vehicle.

A large Walmart with a relatively small parking lot. After 3 times around I sat in the car while he went inside. He said inside was as bad as outside. Understand that this is the last Walmart as you go north to the END or START Route 1 On the Canadian border. There are Walmart’s on the Canadian side.

Walmart has everything you need. Clothes for all sizes, food, electronics, new phones, cards, stuff to throw parties..ect. Their bakery always has good stuff and they even make cakes to order. Their cakes are always yummy especially the whipped frosting. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

It’s rare that I give Walmart a five star but this store’s application of online orders and pickup should be the poster child for its operations worldwide. In a matter of minutes of checking in, my Order was at my car.

I visited to see if this Walmart had merchandise I can't find at Walmarts in NH. I found one item. Friendly staff. I was mistaken for an associate because I was on my phone 📱 looking at the Walmart App. Ice cube trays are with the Tupperware in the left side of the store. A partial renovation was going on. Wifi, automobile service, RedBOX and Dunkin's available. Order pickup is inside the store. Hair salon was closed, probably due to Covid-19. One entrance/exit. Masks are mandatory. Shelves were decently stocked, though I didn't visit the grocery section. I like the floor tiles. I didn't hear one camera alarm 🚨 go off. I wish other Walmarts would follow suit!

Really turning into a lousy store, nothing in stock that you need, prices more than the local grocery stores, rude employees that never want to help. Really gone downhill.

The latest trick from Walmart. If you allowed substitutions they would give you something similar if equal or greater value, with your approval of b the sub. Now they ask you to pre approve the substitution and tell you you'll get charged the difference.

Poor customer service, called the store to speak with someone in the paint dept, phone rang & rang for 20+ times, never got rerouted back to the operator. Called a second time, asked for the manager, again, it rang and rang 20+ times never got rerouted to the operator. Hung up for the 2nd time. Called a third time, got the same operator (sweet girl). Explained to her what transpired, she said she was in apparel dept. Her supervisor was on break and the manager was somewhere. I gave her my name and phone number and asked her to have the store manager "Jordan" call me. 2 1/2 hrs later, no return phone call. Not impressed. Walmart you need to get better managerial help. Rant over

Wanted a desk so I checked out the website. I wanted to do BOPS and the website said there was 7 in stock. The shopper marked my item unavailable. I went into the store and there were desks on the shelf (same item). I was really upset about it. I ended up double paying and am waiting for a refund. This cost me over 200$. Employee could have been having a bad day but it is unacceptable. Avoid this place on the weekends if you can. Especially Sunday! As the younglings say, Sunday is a big OOF. There are not enough cash registers open and lines get pretty long. They do have a great variety but be careful when buying meat or produce.

Multiple Managers are rude, they do not treat their associates well. The store manager blatantly disrespects associates on the sales floor while talking to other managers and acts like he's too good to help customers by always trying to pass off anyone asking for help to the nearest possible associate. Grocery associates will spend upwards of 10 minutes blocking off isles with their carts in order to have personal conversations with other associates. No one working there ever seems happy and the tension in the air is palpable upon entering the store. If it wasn't the only place in a 50+ mile radius to get general items they would experience a drastic decline in business.

I went into the auto care center to have my vehicle serviced and had a great experience. I was helped by Mike Andrews and Elme Whittaker and they exceeded my expectations and for that reason I will be returning. Thank you both for being professional and helpful in every aspect. There should be more workers like you!
