The staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Kathryn at the front desk was wonderful and helped me find some good fishing areas. The rooms are very clean and tidy but just a little small. For the price it is a really awesome place to stay

Rooms are ok little pricey for what you get. It is fairly clean. The hot water is like baby water guaranteed you will not burn as it is very Luke warm. Beds actually do not seem to bad. Wi-Fi is decent speed. Everyone at the front desk has been very courteous. I change my mind, the water is a cold shower. It’s warmer outside.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. A nice place to stay for a weary traveler.

This place was legit. Not only did they hook us up on the price for military. But they didn’t charge us a night due to coming in at 3 am. Chris was very polite and helpful. The rooms are just perfect for a little country town stay. Came in for my nephews annual memorial gathering and everything worked out perfect with our stay there. Thank you very much for the service. Will definitely stay here when I visit.

When I called I asked about if they have a continental breakfast, yes! Nee we at place we will ask what they have. It was small and no eggs or anything hot. Not impressed. The bed was awful, way too soft and they had some mattress pad on it, old bath towels. It was clean, but seriously needs updating. Staff was great

Location wise, this is a great place to stay and bike the Root River Trail. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. We much appreciated the EV charger.

The only reason why I put a little lower on service is the pool wasn't working when we were there. I completely understand Minnesota regulations, I just wish they would have let us know prior to the stay. Possibly given a discount.

TV didn't work and the room was not cleaned properly - found garbage still laying on the floor. Also as far as visitor information pamphlets want to walk into the hotel through the first doors they do not keep up with it at all and you can definitely tell because there's a thick layer of dust all over the pamphlet wooden rack

We rented the pool and breakfast room to celebrate our son's birthday with a pool party for 16 6th grade boys. The pool and spa were super clean. The breakfast room was also very clean and spacious. The front office staff was very helpful and nice.
