I am very greatfull for my daughter being looked after, after working hours because of her serve toothache. Very professional approach towards my child who was at a dentist for her first time, she was super comfortable and not stressed even though her gums where very painful, thank the nurses for this. I had one tooth removed and 2 fillings. Richard is my dentist and he is an excellent dentist, the best I have ever had. He is professional and really understands the patients needs. He tells you what he is doing throughout and asks how you are as he is doing the work, the procedure was painless. Richard is totally focused on you the whole time and he does a brilliant job too. The environment is clean and a really nice place it doesn’t feel like a dentist in the waiting room, it is a clean calm environment. I will never change dentist again I’ve found the right one for me.

Very quick emergency appointment. Very friendly reception , large car park at rear so easy access. Senior dentist Richard gave me a very thorough examination and assessment. The offending tooth needed extraction and Richard did this painlessly with minimum fuss even though it was a wisdom tooth. Follow up care and plan well explained with no obligation or sales pressure. Have rebooked for follow up .

Really pleased with my experience so far 😊 I have neglected my dental health for a long time and decided about a month ago that it was time to change that and sort out some long standing issues. Richard has been considerate and explained everything well, the practice is lovely and clean, the staff are all polite and the treatments are priced very fairly. I did have an extraction booked for later this week but ended up in so much pain that my husband contacted the practice for me this morning to see if they could squeeze me in any sooner and 3 hours later I was in and had the tooth pulled. The extraction was painless, over very quickly and the aftercare was explained clearly. I am so grateful 🙏🏼 Thank you for such a positive experience, I look forward to completing my treatment plan with you. I have been so impressed I decided to join the dental plan which is a very fair price and helps to spread the cost of routine treatments. I had to book an emergency appointment as a molar was causing me a lot of pain… My appointment was quick & Richard did one of the best extractions I have ever had. As I am a nervous patient - I was delighted how calm & reassured he made me feel during the process.

What an amazing dentist. From start to finish Richard was amazing. His staff are so polite and welcoming. I had a phobia of dentist, especially needles in my mouth. Richard put me at ease and took his time, going at my pace. I've had 3 teeth removed, 2 fillings and a new denture. Definitely worth a visit

Excellent service! Dr Baines was really thorough and ensured he checked and rechecked my root canal. He kept me updated all through out the procedure. Prior to the root canal I had a major infection on the same tooth...Dr Baines alongside Kelly very kindly saw me without a scheduled appointment and they didn't even charge any money. Impeccable treatment of their patients! Thankyou so much, your service was greatly appreciated. We will be back for our next routine appointments.
