Chai stop hidden gem in Preston -Vanilla coffee & luxury doughnuts gives Tim a run for his money .. with the added bonus of a gorgeous samosa chaat.. repeat visits required to go through the rest of menu - lovely friendly customer care.

Donuts and tea make a delightful combination. The donuts were fresh and fluffy, while the tea was soothing and aromatic. A perfect pairing for a cozy morning treat. The staff " Malik" was friendly and attentive. He provided excellent service with a smile and were quick to assist with any requests. Overall, a positive and welcoming experience.

I've been to Chaii Stop for several months and the service has ALWAYS been amazing! MashaAllah Usman (the owner) always greets you warmly and is kind, considerate and well-spoken. BEST customer service for sure 👍 The Desi Breakfast with Large Desi Chaii (and Oreo Milkshake) were all splendid. EVERY time I make my presence at Chaii Stop, I always leave completely satisfied! The quality and portion of food is exceptional and generous. It leaves you full up and loving life; that's what you want, right? 😄👍 In all seriousness, Chaii Stop is THE stop for your fill of Breakfast, Doughnuts, Milkshakes; pretty much all you'd ever want! Delicious donuts and amazing hot drinks. I've been a few times now and always really great service, the food is really tasty everytime. Highly recommend popping in if passing 👍

We came for late breakfast/brunch, the atmosphere was nice and cosy, the food was halal, tasty and prepared fresh. To top it all off, the service was great, really friendly and nice staff. Will be going back again, would definitely recommend.

From entering the shop to leaving customer service was on point. Staff were friendly as well as polite & on hand. They accommodated to ensure it was a great experience ❤👍 I had the best breakfast in Preston today. breakfast ( Paratha Omelette & Halwa Puri) was amazing and so fresh, and their donuts and desi chai are the best k. Small place but lovely food and drinks! Nice atmosphere and great service, we will definitely be coming back! The desi chai, chai lattes, masala fries, chaat, and the doughnuts were all great.
