Danielle gave us a very personal and brilliant customer service. We wanted a watch for our niece whom was turning 18 in 2 weeks. Gave us fantastic advice and got just what we was after. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Bought a watch online and needed the free adjustment and the watch setting up as I couldn't work it out! I always receive good service here, but the 2 girls working today we're extra helpful. (24/09/2023).

Charlotte has been amazing with dealing with my ring when issues had come about and it was unrepairable. She dealt with the insurance so I was able to get a new ring replacement quickly and efficiently.

I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced this morning. Despite asking repeatedly to have them done for the last year, she was very nervous going in, but Danielle did everything she could to put her at ease from the start. She explained everything that she was doing from start to finish, and asked my daughter for her input where appropriate. There was no 'gun' used so no loud noise and the whole process was very clean. Danielle talked us through the aftercare thoroughly, my daughter left a very happy little girl, thank you Danielle!

Bought a watch this week from this store . Very pleased with the watch and the after sales service to have links removed from the watch bracelet. I would highly recommend this store .

I went into your Preston store on Saturday to be greeted by the lovely smiling Danielle. Nothing was too much trouble. She was a great help to me. Highly recommended if you’re not sure what you’re looking for she’s there to help.
