Be careful getting pierced here! 2 of us came to get our ears pierced here. The lady explained there would be a 30 minute wait period, since it took 15 minutes for each piercing and there were 2 people getting pierced before us. We told her we’d be back at around 10 past/20 past 4 PM (30 minutes later), with also 10 minutes extra so then we weren’t in her way if we turned up too early, since the shop is very cramped. She said that would be absolutely fine and made us fill out the consent forms etc and she even showed us the selection of piercings and had the ones we picked out ready on the table. We came back at 4:20 and the shop had its shutters down almost all the way. The same lady told us they’d stopped doing piercings and when we told her she said coming back now was completely fine, the only reply we got was “that was 10 past”. Another lady explained they stopped doing piercings at this time. So why on earth did they tell us to come back? Even if we had come back at exactly 4:10, each piercing took 15 minutes, according to the workers, so we would have been half an hour anyway. Very unorganised service. If the lady serving was untrained on shop protocol as important as timings, then thank god she didn’t pierce us. Nonetheless, we didn’t argue and just walked away. So glad we weren’t made to pay beforehand.

Terrible attitude from the red headed girl working behind the counter, simply asked if she has any idea if they have anymore chokers in and was met with a sarcy comment, usually love shopping for cute jewellery but not when I am spoken to like I’m something from the bottom of her shoe. I’d advise to lose the attitude or soon you’ll lose your job :)

Using a gun for helix piercings is NOT acceptable! Shocking that this shop does this! They should advise properly. A needle by a qualified body piercing specialist ONLY should be used for cartilage piercings AVOID

Went in to get my daughters ears pierced. They were well-priced, clean, and offered a variety of ear studs. They were also able to have two members of staff, to pierce both ears at once, which made the process quicker and easier. Aftercare was also included in the price, and the staff helping us were lovely. Great first experience for my little girl, and her ears are healing well. Would definitely recommend 👍

I used to love shopping here, nice selection of jewellery. I was disappointed when I purchased a pair of earrings that were faulty (wouldn’t fasten, and fell apart) and was unable to get a refund/exchange. I don’t live locally and was unable to get back to the store within the 30 days- This was the excuse from the sales assistant. I understand this for a functioning, wearable item but if the product is faulty other alternatives should be offered. Beware of poor quality jewellery and a lack of interest from the staff.

Got my ears pierced here twice. Staff are lovely and do everything to make sure you feel comfortable, as well as being very professional and tell you everything you need to know about aftercare. Products are great quality for the price 😊
