Deepdale shoping park is really good. Was an awesome shopping experience. Deepdale shopping park has everything you would want for a good shopping trip with family & friends. Lots of shops for buying all your families clothes & gifts for family & friends. There are lots of food places for a quick snack or a meal. Its nice for a family day out. Also there is a childrens playground outside so your kids can play & enjoy themselves. So you can get some really cool things at discounted prices & have a fun time shopping

They need to display their parking notices in lots of their parking bays not just one as I parked my car slightly over the white line as the car that was already parked was parked awkward and with my wife being serverly blind I needed room for her to get out.A few days later I got a notification for a £100 fine after disputing it i got a email back saying their were sighs all around the car park, which isn't true as I went all the way round and found one sigh which was hard to read with being so high up,and we always spend money in alot of the retail shops and have a bite to eat

Disgraceful. £100 fine for having a wheel parked on a white line so not fully in a bay of a nearly empty car park when calling to pick up some food from M&S in the evening with our 1 and 4 year old. Parking attendant going round taking photos. British Land - please sort this out or we will not be back. The use of CP Plus Ltd to manage the car park here is madness in my view given their reputation.

The usual out of town shopping centre with the usual good /bad about it. I can be hard to get on and off this place at weekends so don't go at the last minute and If you find yourself still parked up at closing time on a Sunday, do yourself a favour: get something to eat at Pizza Hut and chill out. The traffic is horrible and is complete with a greater than usual selection of kamikaze nutters. Give it a hour and cruise home in serenity.

I like this shopping park because it's a got a variety of shops and you can get anything from food (some restaurants have drive-through options) to clothing to crafts items, groceries to medications and even furniture. It has a small but engaging playground for the kids, large parking area, very accessible to motorists. You can get almost anything, lovely place.

It has a decent selection of shops to suit everybody, however alot of places have closed down now. I think it would also draw people in more if there was somewhere to have fun at. Indoor golf, laser tag, trampoline Park, mini cinemas? Just something for fun too! There's so many schools in close vicinity, it might draw in a better crowd, just like toys r us used to.

Wren kitchens - Lots of kitchens to view. Just shame about the prices. Staff are great and very helpful. Lift at the rear of the shop

A good selection of stores though staff and clientele can be tedious and unlikely to induce a sense of social morality and aspiration beyond the limited environment of Preston. Car park has some form of ‘attendant’ though he spends most of the time on the phone and peering inside parked vehicles. Good choice of eateries, some worthy stores though general site maintenance and cleanliness could be improved

Plenty of shops and restaurants on deepdale retail park. I love having a look around there then going to eat somewhere. Love hobbycraft, boots and aldi. Then to McDonald's or KFC for food.

Great place to stop shop and eat, all you need in one place just park up and shop drop it all in your car and go for dinner or tea then do your food shopping as well. Perfect place with massive amount of parking available.

Reasonable choice of clothing & furniture shops as well as restaurant & coffee outlets. Unfortunately there are no public toilet facilities, so M&S is the only option!

Great shopping centre with Sports Direct, JD Sports, Boots, WHSmith, Oak Furniture Land, M&S. Good selection of fast food outlets including McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Five Guys, KFC.

Went during week,so a little quieter than weekend ,this allowed us to visit numerous stores at our leisure ,Blackpool road busy on way out -think they need to look at the timings for the lights to allow smoother traffic flow?

The usual suspects, and now with the new addition of the smallest IKEA in the world! Plenty of free parking and a great selection of food outlets.

Deepdale retail park has a number of stores, including M&S, Next, Flannels, Sports Direct, WH Smiths, and Boots. There are few food options, mainly take away, although there are a few with dine in options. It didn't look like all the units were in use on our last visit. There's plenty of parking spaces; however, it can take a while to get in and out of the car park, depending on what time you go. Handy when you can't face town centre shopping.

Arrived at 5:50pm after finishing work to find nearly every store closes at 6. On a Saturday. Open till 8pm weekdays. 6? Really?

The retail park's diverse shops earn it a modest three stars, but the experience leaves much to be desired. Despite a decent selection, the absence of standout stores makes navigating through traffic less worthwhile. Tight parking spaces contribute to the inconvenience, making it a hassle for shoppers. Unfortunately, the area suffers from a recurring issue of disruptive youth, impacting the overall atmosphere negatively. While the retail park might cater to specific needs, the overall ambiance and challenges with parking and disturbances diminish the overall appeal, making it a less-than-ideal shopping destination.

Plenty of parking, a good array of shops however there are some empty units, a few dining areas albeit mostly fast food and takeaway. Most shops open 9-6 on weekdays and 10-4 on weekends

there are a lot of shops, The big minus is the long traffic jams caused by it the traffic lights in the direction of Curries from the Asda gas station are set incorrectly, an additional green arrow to the left had to be set. then I would have less car traffic.

Stopped here when we were heading down the motorway from Windermere to Cheshire. It is only 5 minutes from junction 31 and was perfect for a coffee (costa coffee) and to get something for tea (M & S). There are loads of places to eat and beats the hell out of motorway service stations

Great place just be careful in the car park as it a little up and down in places and if busy can take a little time to get back on the main road other than that it's a great place to shop

Depends what you're looking for...lots of places to eat (fast food chains) but increasingly less shops. Boots, Hobbycraft, M&S, New Look, WHS, Tui, Flannel, sports shop (possibly JD's) plus some kind of sofa chain (can't remember which. Worth calling if you're looking for food or something specific to these chains.

Just received a parking fine for £100. A whole 4cm of one of my tyres was blatantly peeping over the white line of my bay - as shown in a photo on the parking charge notice. As I remember, car park was half empty at the time. I will never shop here again and I'll tell all my friends, family, colleagues and clients. Shocking in the current economic environment that these parking pirates are entitled to such sharp practice. It's a shame as I shopped regularly here. Whoever runs Deepdale should have a word with 'Group Nexus' - wholly unnecessary to have lost my business.

The shopping area itself is alright but the road management there is a nightmare. On a busy day it can take you even up to 1 hour to move around the place or leave the parking lot due to the busy Blackpool road and "amazing" lights at the exit. Most of the shops struggle to stay open, you can see that with all the shifts and mixing of the stores, combining some brands under the same roof to save on the rent.

Brilliant there back. I live round the corner and have had to go further out but now it's back and has a maccy dees right next to it so the kids are happy after a shop at aldi got everthing I needed in one plc not as big as the others but just as good 👍

Needs a few more different types of shops. Miss having a nice toy shop to take the kids to. A few shops that have gone haven't been replaced. It's not really a good shopping day out any more. Sad. Not very enticing.

Love nipping here to get specific items. Especially love the wholesalers for hairdressing my main reason and the high street shops without the hassle. Also a nice play park for the kids if they are bored

Same usual retail park stores, same stuff as anywhere else, Same furniture stores and a lack of anything interesting or different! The site can be a nightmare for traffic as there's just one way in and out... Typical Preston roads (build large traffic using places with no roads to cope with it first). Usual fast food culprits here, furniture shops and the obligatory jd sports etc. Massive car park and some expensive posh shop getting built to appease him while she buggers off into next lol.

Great place to shop, with alot of variety of shops. M&S, Next, pundland, flannels, sports direct, jd sports. And many more. Food shops, macdonalds, nandos, gregs, pizza hut. Plenty of free on site parking

Just had a letter from a debt collection agency saying I’ve not paid a parking fine in a free car park!! issued a month ago from deepdale retail park. I’ve not even had a letter first from deepdale so they want £170 for debt collectors and then money for the fine. This is disgusting.

When this retail park is busy it's best to avoid as the traffic queues can be horrendous The range of shops are basic and don't offer much. The Capitol centre retail park is better laid out with a better selection of shops

Went really early morning. Good to go for odd items that you have missed from your weekly shopping. Plenty of bargains to be had and can get petrol at the same time.

  • 1/5 Margo S. 1 year ago on Google
BEWARE they are operating a parking charge come from here. They will make an excuse your wheel is on the white line or something I got £170 debt collection letter with no correspondence before that. This is a very lucrative way of robbing customers

Parking car is very difficult because too busy and very tight Parking and if you are close to the white line or unfortunately your wheel is on white line. You will get £60 Parking charges. Just very careful.

Not the best experience. Car wing mirror damaged on return. Other than the damage the shopping park is good with plenty of stores and plenty of parking. I’d avoid on days when Preston are playing home matches as the roads around Deepdale are horrendous.

Collection of shops. Pretty much as you would expect. Car parking is ok but disabled slots are not close to some shops and when we visited the disabled areas were thick with sheet ice. No salt had been added. But there you go it's the modern world.

Good for parking. Shopping is questionable unless you are shopping for clothes or furniture or cosmetics. No toy store, Game has merged with Sports direct which is a pathetic move. Fast food restaurants are becoming old and boring, even for the kids. I wouldn't mind but it's missing some serious stores. A retail park should have an electronic store like Curry's. We need a toy store like Smyth's. And for all parents with babies or expecting a Baby store. Boot's is a joke when it comes to baby clothes. Pointless. It isn't the worse retail park out there but if it carries on with it units closing it will soon become tiring for shoppers alone, especially if it just becomes Sport Direct and Boots.

Plenty of free parking. We went to Marks and Spencer, not much selection of clothes for men for us. Went to Boots plenty too choose from, staff helpful and pleasant. Could do with more of the 3 for 2 offers though, some of them not on the shelves. Card Factory was busy, found all that I wanted but waited a while to pay as only one girl serving so wouldn't recommend going on a weekend as it will be worse with Xmas coming up. Lack of toilets, the only one we found was in Marks and Spencer, top floor in a corner amongst the ladies underwear and only 3 of them actually working. A few food places to choose from. We went to Greggs as wanted something quick with a cuppa before setting off for home but at 2.15pm it was closed? Crazy on a large shopping centre

Aside from the traffic, plenty of good shops on site offering a little bit of everything: from food items to clothing and outdoor equipment. Always busy, opens quite late which is handy
