Inside this building there is a restaurant called ICEBERG and I have got a separate review for them please check it out by searching for “Iceberg “ on google maps. There is also a couple of clothes shops and a travelling stuff shop too. You can mainly see these at the backside of the building.

I was disappointed that the bespoke jewellery shop has closed. Mowgli is an excellent cafe

Not a place I am familiar with, as shopping arcades go, it's clean and well presented with a good assortment of shops. xx

Really smart shopping arcade, it was a bit rainy, so popped in out of the rain for a nosey and ended up in Mowgli for a bite to eat

Before stepping one foot into the complex I was greeted by someone who really wanted change, a cash machine that wasn't working and everything was sticky. Not planning to go back to Preston in a hurry.

Had a lovely cool iced latte here on a very hot summer's day. Very quick service. Interesting straw design, it wasn't plastic but bamboo cane! If only the plastic cup was too but at least that can be recycled! Fortunately there are recycle points close by. Delicious drink, smooth, velvety.

Love the architecture you need to study it during the day. It's a fabulous structure

I like the building, few new shops opened recently but not tried so can't comment. My grandparents actually met here apparently in the 1920 there was a dance hall at the Miller Arcade and it was the place to be. According to my grandparents

Beautiful location, perfect for families and tourists. Worth visiting at least once for the artistic inspiration!

We went to Rise for brunch, there was a waiting list and a little wait but the staff were so helpful and kept us informed of times. We were seated in great surroundings and then the food came which was delicious and well worth the wait, already planning me return trip 🙌🙌🙌

Lovely building shame it's going to waste 90% food outlets in there

Can't believe this place is empty, it's gorgeous building, seen similar in Paris, maybe it's about time wealthy ppl started putting back instead of hiding their wealth abroad! Cheap, cheap, cheap, disaster for this city with huge potential
