A wonderful big park for all the family. Lots of paths to wander. Play area for the kids. A few bench’s around the lake to rest. Beautiful flowers. There are designated areas where you can let your dog off lead as there is also a nature reserve. There’s a large car park that closes at 9pm

Normally play on the tennis courts in Haslam Park during the summer when the courts in Ashton Park are busy. Today was the first time this year i had a chance to play but the courts in Haslam Park are now pay to play, like Ashton. The gate to the court is locked with a keypad lock. There was no Qr code to try and book one when i arrived today. Went through the website of the Private company that now runs the courts (Thanks Preston Council) but despite all 3 courts being empty the earliest date the website would allow me to book was the 31st of July. It's disappointing that it's a nice summer evening and all the tennis courts in Prestons parks are inaccessible to the public.

Great park for walking the dog! So big that even in a busy Saturday morning you don't feel overcrowded by others!! Love trying all the different routes and cut-throughs!

Lovely open fields with quaint gardens, ponds and even an orchard. Nice spot for an evening picnic in the summer. Also had great playground for the kids and even a few tennis courts. Preston Council keep the grounds in great condition. Lots of dogs around and it seems that there is no issue with letting your dogs off-lead, there were lots running around when we were there. The park is enclosed by fences and hedges, so you don't have to worry about your pup running into the streets.

Nice place where we can enjoy meadow and a small pond. You can watch some birds swimming in the lake.

Love this park. One of my local dog walks. Grandkids also love it.

This park is a hidden treasure. From the road it looks a very small park but in fact it's about a mile walk all the way round. There is access to the Lancaster Canal. Some mature mixed woodlands and a pretty lake as well as a Victorian style promenade. The park is popular with dog walkers and is great for young children on bikes.

A lovely and clean park, for the most part. There was an old discarded pram in the pond just under the waterline which was a bit of an eyesore. Apart from that,, a very pleasant walk through a mostly well kept park.

Lovely place to walk around and bring the dog. Close to the canal which can be a nice extra. Very handy to have car parking on site.

Beautiful park, with lots of history. Lots of info and different routes through the park. A little garden centre, a lake and nearby canal. What's not to like.

Great dog walking Park! With paths onto Lancaster canal, wooded areas, a stream and expansive playing field there's every terrain for your dog & a lovely route that you can make as long or short as you want. Be careful of the swans on the canal, they don't like dogs 😂

A great park good for dog walkers and brilliant for families with young children, has a renovated play park and the pond is great for feeding the ducks
