Wow!!! Wow! Wow! I ordered Jerk Chicken on recommendation. This food is outstanding. The rice was lush, soft & tasty and the chicken was mouth watering with the chicken falling off the bone. I would highly recommend this place. In fact less than a week later I’m already ordering from there again. Definitely a 10 out of 10 place. I can’t wait to order other items off the menu. After visiting once again this time as dine in, I have included additional pics from my dine in experience. Staff are super friendly and we didn’t even wait that long for food to be served. Tables are chairs are cleaned really well. Credit to ALL the staff working here for the most pleasant experience. Very busy which is a testament to how good the food it. Very authentic Palestinian restaurant and good service especially if you’re arab/Palestinian 😜 Mixed grill is easily a 10/10 not much more to say. Their houmous and halloumi starters also highly recommended

Jaffa is the best food place in Preston hands down. The food is always fresh and piping hot and the chicken can’t be beaten. The rice is always cooked to perfection. Service is excellent. Never been disappointed once in all the times we have eaten from there. The meat falls off the bone. (Don’t forget plenty of chilli sauce!) Value for money is unrivalled.

I would've liked to put a 5 star has the food here is brilliant. I got a mixed grill from jaffas today, I always come every week, today I brought my friend as he had never been before.. however the guy with the shoulder length (long hair) is quite rude, you ask him for something his reply is WHAT, and looks at you in a funny way, only asking for some sauce, or some peppers, chillies or whatever . When we where waiting I was watching him with customers, he comes across has very arrogant! His customer service skills are terrible. He doesn't even look happy to work there. Food excellent. His customer service. Rubbish! I will be coming back again and next time he'll be getting told if he's the same Hopefully the owner will have a word with him.

Such a lovely place for home-made like food. Special meals are served here with an authentic Arabian touch. Food portions are very generous. Their spicy chicken pizza is phenomenal. I always have high expectations when it comes to pizza but this places made me go there more than once for their pizzas.

Polite and excellent service from staff. Came with wife and kids. We ordered the Jaffa mix grill with chips and hummous on side, and chicken sharwama calzone fatayer. Food was served quick and cooked to perfection. Very tasty meals both of them, kids loved the fatayer! We were all stuffed after the meals. Best thing is that the food is relatively cheap in price even though the generous portions and good food quality. Will definitely be back to try more from the menu and happy to recommend to family and friends. My advice is that if you are coming with more than 4 people, try to book a table as this place can get very crowded and seating spaces get filled very quickly. Also bring cash with you, they accept only cash payments at moment.

Hands down the best and tastiest food in Preston, bar none!! Jaffa has become a mainstay for Prestonians and uni students alike over the last few years. It has the most amazing grilled (on a genuine charcoal barbecue) food which you could easily be eating in a Mediterranean country. It’s a bit small and can get cramped when it’s busy (pretty much always to be honest) but I don’t see that as a bad thing. Purely because in my opinion, even if this were twice the size, they’d have no trouble filling it. It’s always very cosmopolitan in here as there are always a great deal of international students frequenting here. 10/10 for the food whether it’s been taken out or eaten in. Top of anyones list for places to eat in Preston! All menu items are halal.

The food is lovely and the guy taking orders is polite. It's super busy all the time. Been twice now and it seems they want people to quickly eat and go to make room for other customers. I like to take my time and enjoy the experience of eating out

When it comes to Mediterranean food in Lancashire, nothing even comes close to Jaffas. Definitely up there with the best places to eat in Preston. Their Jamaican jerk chicken with chips/rice is absolutely phenomenal; moist chicken thigh which is cooked to perfection and complimented with a brilliant sauce. Their mixed grills, chops, kebabs are also every nice and the prices are very reasonable. Lastly, the chicken calzone is a must try if you’ve never had it before! Definitely a place I’ll carry on visiting again and again!

Thought this place was nice clearly not tasteless food customer service appalling ordered a 12" meat feast only to get told after rest of food has come out no pizza dough left got given a tray of greasy chicken shawarma with 2 pitta breads instead 10 minutes later other tables were getting their pizza's will not be going again there are alot better places in Preston than this and the place could do with a refurb

It was lovely experience eating middle Eastern food, it was very busy during the day. lot of takeaway requests which means they are busy people,long queue for getting a table even though we booked prior coming. Authentic food but place gets messy due to busiest hours. They have restrooms on top floor but I don't think it's very comfortable place for wheelchairs users. If you’re travelling to Preston this is the only place you’d want to eat! The food was so succulent and the environment was really nice to eat in as well 👍

We ordered mixed grill, jaffa rice, hummus, haloumi. Everything was great. Make sure to try the garlic sauce and the chili sauce.

Good place. Very busy. Service is quick. Food is acceptable. We had mixed grill (chips) 17£ second was mostly chips. Suggest take with salad or rice. Single chip but very chewy . Similarly rest of the meat prices were chewy. Also had babganoush 5.4£ and grilled halloumi 6.4£ (both were ok) Overall 3/5 for food quality and taste. Rice dishes seemed to be better due to their rice taste and everybody was ordering food with rice.

The food was good but the customer service was terrible. We were waiting for a table and one of the staff members was sorting it out for us but another staff member gave the table to someone they knew. Next, they allocated a table to another couple who was standing behind us. At this point, we decided to take away our food instead of eating there. I understand that they have little space but it is unacceptable for people to jump the queue just because they know the staff.

You’ll definitely grow some cake eating at Jaffas because the portions are huge. The quality of this food can’t be beat and the atmosphere is wholesome. Please get yourself to Jaffa… if you can stomach cash only places! It’s a real shame they don’t take card, especially Amex! They’re missing out on revenue big time

Without any doubt Jaffa is the best place in Preston for Grilled Chicken. I don't know what they do to the rice but it tastes great. Hummus side and that orange stuff adds to the great taste. My partner gets the Chicken shawarma every time and has never had one, better than Jaffa.

I was on my way up to Scotland having travelled from near Newbury, I saw this place and read some of the previous reviewers... I decided to make a pit stop and OMG it was so totally worth it. The food is amazing, all freshly cooked, the service is excellent - didn’t have to wait too long for the food to be made. Almost considering ordering more of the same and have it as a takeaway later... highly recommended this restaurant!!!

Awesome place to eat with delicious food and great customer friendly staff. My favourite food from here is the chicken and rice. The sauce the chicken comes with is absolutely delicious. There's plenty of seating inside and the atmosphere is always good. Perfect place to dine for an afternoon/evening meal with friends and/or family. Would definitely recommend 10/10

I love this place! The chicken shawarma calzone is naughty good! 🤤 it feels authentic, we have been multiple times and it’s always been good. The restaurant could do with some TLC but we go for the food and couldn’t fault that!
