Over the last 18 months I have been buying watches and jewellery from the team at whittles. I have to say, service has been truly exceptional. It has a really close, personal feel unlike other large chain jewellers where I previously shopped. The help, advice and customer care from Whittles, in particular, Hari, has been first class. The friendly, relaxed, relationship my wife and I have with Hari and the team around him, makes the exciting purchases even more special. I wouldn’t want to buy anywhere else. Visited to have a ladies Rolex watch repaired and serviced. Made welcome, and watch examined to determine work required and estimate given. Finally shown workshop where they are allowed by Rolex to do work on their behalf, being only one of a select few companies in the UK. Very impressive. Highly recommend this establishment.

I’m a first-time customer of Whittles and the service was outstanding. I visited the store 2 months prior and explained to Harri what type of watch I was looking for and his knowledge and expertise on the Rolex range was brilliant. I tried on a few different watches before I made my choice. A couple of month later I got a call to say we have a watch in stock that may be of interest. No pressure to buy from Harri but the watch sold itself. Very happy with my purchase and will be back soon to add to my collection.

This is the best jewellers and watch shop in the whole of Lancashire. I have bought both watches and jewellery for my family from here and specifically watches for myself. All of the team at Whittles are extremely friendly, approachable, helpful and genuinely care about the service and products they provide. Their knowledge of both watches and jewellery is very impressive. I would especially like to thank Lauren for all her time, effort and attention to detail with all of our family when we have been purchasing both jewellery and watches. Today was my first time in Whittles (Preston) and my experience was incredible. When I entered the showroom, I was greeted by a staff member (apologies forgot her name), who sat me down, brought me some refreshments and got me a drink. She was lovely and really friendly. She asked who I was dealing with and I said Lauren. I did apologise for turning up a few minutes late for my appointment but she was really calm about it and advised me not to worry. A few minutes later I was greeted by the lovely Lauren. Her Product Knowledge of Rolex and customer service skills are one of the best that I have experienced. She was explaining the history and background of Rolex, the watches and was asking me questions to get a better understanding of what I was wanting. She wasn’t pushy and this is something you tend to get nowadays, people pushing you for a sale but I walked out really happy and comfortable with what was agreed. Lauren was incredible, supplied me with her business car and was really humble. You can see her personality and how welcoming she is. I have had the pleasure of shopping with Whittles over past 3-4 years and the service I have received has been exceptional. I was recommended by a local customer and he wasn’t wrong. The whole team at Whittles have been amazing. Hari has looked after me from day one and has been exceptional throughout. He has always made me feel welcome and has always taken time out to show me timepieces that they have available. I can genuinely say that he and the team have made me feel like part of the family. I rang and spoke to Laura over the phone, later the same day I visited the store. The service and environment was literally the best. I spoke to a couple of the staff they where friendly and made me feel comfortable. No hard sale no pressure , a wealth of information regarding products . I was interested in purchasing a Rolex Submariner Date and was told that this would be a "significant purchase", which I was fully aware of. Subsequently I was told that if I hadn't purchased from Whittles in the past "there is no way we could allow you to purchase that item" Anyway, Mapping and Webb at Gleneagles have obliged. Pompous and absolutely above themselves.

I love shopping at Whittles. You're made to feel at home and there's no pressure selling. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and the store has a large selection, so you can always find something you like. Real shopping pleasure - keep up the good work. Can't wait to come back

I have had good service when purchasing new items. My experience of the repair side of things has been not so good. A few years ago I took in a platinum necklace to be repaired and was told- ‘we don’t do silver’ I had a battery replaced in a Zenith watch - it was returned to me with the back badly scratched and scored. I must say this was a while ago. I decided to give them another chance and took my Omega watch for a new battery. Once again the back was returned to me scratched where they had tried to open the watch. The watch still did not work with a new battery so I was not charged. Thank you for that. However due to the damage that occurred- I will not take my repairs there again.

Can’t speak highly enough of Laura at Whittles Preston! Such a lovely, genuine person! I took my Rolex in for servicing and it was turning around within a week! Amazing service ! They did tell me 4-6 weeks to be on the safe side so it was nice surprise to have it done so quick !! There was another lady there who was also very nice, sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was Irish (I think) she was also super super lovely! I’ve just picked my watched up and took my 2 year old son in and the ladies fussed over him which was so lovely to see ! They really made me feel so special! Thank you so so much! We have visited Whittles numerous times and we always ask for an appointment with Laura. This is because she is so knowledgeable about watches and jewellery and very patient too. We received excellent advice when we came to choose our wedding rings and when they arrived they are truly stunning. We will be back time and time again and would highly recommend this jewellers and especially Laura.

Recently bought a brand new watch from Whittles in Preston, our salesperson "Ellie" was very welcoming, courteous, polite and knowledgeable on the wide range of watches we perused until I decided on the right one for me. Thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care at this store, I've also just had the wristband re-adjusted in store which they were more than happy to do which goes as further credit the their after sale care as well. We had a wonderful experience coming to choose our wedding rings. Staff fit us in at short notice and were all really friendly and down to earth. Laura looked after us well and helped us choose metals and styles, giving us plenty of time to decide. We're both really happy with the service we received.

Just been to the Whittles Jewellers in Preston. I went to have a look at their range of Tudor watches. Spent a good half-an-hour looking at the range. I was served by Lauren - she was amazingly patient, polite and knowledgeable. I did not buy a watch, but if or when I do, I know where I'll be going to get it.

The best experience we've ever had with a jewellers, I couldn't recommend enough. My wife and I have bought all of our wedding related jewellery through Whittles for almost a decade now, and have never been anything short of delighted. When I first bought an engagement ring, they helped me create a bespoke ring with a particular diamond & band / grip, holding my hand at every step of the way. When me & my wife came in to choose wedding rings, they made it an experience and really got involved. No pressure or pushing in a particular direction, Rose wanted to get it perfect and we love our rings. 7 years later, and we bought my wife's eternity ring from whittles this week. Lauren went above any beyond, with weekly emails helping to suggest styles and options. Making it an experience each time we visiting the store, and helping us find the perfect ring. Even arranging for a sapphire to be place into the inside of the band in memory of a loved one who is sadly no longer with us. Which was an incredibly nice touch, and makes a very special piece of jewellery even more precious to us. If you're buying a piece that is meaningful, or a celebration of something important, then you cannot go wrong with Whittles. They're the best of the best. 10/10
