Eh, it wasn't the worst bar I've ever been too. I've only ever stumbled in here after a session at Warehouse but then the other day I came in when I wasn't that merry. Oh boy, it's a weird experience. I didn't enjoy my time here because the drinks and entry got pricey. It's a decent place for if you want to continue your drinking but...make sure you're super gone when in here you'll like it way more.

You know what? Blitz has a bad reputation, but I was the LEAST harassed in Blitz out of all the places I visit that night. I was left with my group, nobody strange walked up to us or bothered us, and the drinks flowed perfectly

First time here - actually really good! Plenty of staff and security. Amazing DJ..not sure of name but needs to do bigger venues. Really knows how to mix a track! Should be DJ'ing in Manchester at the bigger clubs for sure! Would defo come again ❤️

One of the safest late venues in North West! Fantastic DJ great after party atmosphere. Always very busy!

Good place for watching bands and it's just near the bud station

Snow Patrol were awesome but the venue itself was disgraceful. The toilets were vile and can't have been renovated since the 1970s. And it was overcrowded and wouldn't have been safe in the event of a fire. The place should be shut down.

Great late night venue with affordable drinks and a variety of music. Best door staff across Preston by far ! Peace and love baby

£5 entry to stay out until 5am, reasonably priced drinks, good music, pool table, good service...nothing not to like

Loved it here for an intimate gig! Take some cash though just in case the card machine goes down. Cant wait for our next gig soon!! 💃

Super venue for intimate live gigs , decent bar if you like a drink too,proper "sweatshop" reminds me of a lot of the great small Venues that were around back in the day, that hosted a lot of the great indie bands of the time

This place has changed a lot since I first went in. None of the staff tolerate any nonsense and they're all so helpful! I'll definitely be going back ☺️

Cosy venue, great for intimate shows... The only downside is not being able to see anything/the stage when on the main floor, the ceiling blocks off the view... Also soft drinks are rediculously overpriced

This place is nothing but a dive, I found it expensive to get in for what you get and looks outdated, never will I set foot in there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Don't know how to rate this cos we've just have an amazing night! You Me At Six always deliver at any gig but the venue itself is a bit "rustic" a real stick to the floor venue but with great staff, expensive-ish beer but despite its issues a great time!

Amazing place, jeez you just wouldn't believe how much it was a good day at the end of the day and I was in the same place as a result for the first time in the world cup of tea

My drunken review was "Imagine denying a 40nyr old.because hed not a student!!!! Pathetic!!!" 🤣🤣 I've never been as my brother was denied entry, sure it's a top place. Will revisit when less intoxicated. 5 stars 😁😁😁

Fab little venue and beer prices are cheap for a gig ... Open til 5 am but only managed to 12.30 ..lol

I think tbf, the best selling point is the dance floor is massive, I forgotten how huge it is. Staff are nice, open til 6, music is what it is (the night recently was mint, all old stuff), prices beat Pop World 🤣. Only con I'd say is no light in the cubicals so some lads might get yellow on their trainers. Wouldn't say its exactly my scene though my scene down the road doesn't even play the music it used to... Had a better night in Pop World and Blitz than there 😂.

Band was amazing, sound was good, security were very good. The toilets were terrible, even before the gig started they were blocked no toilet roll, this was reported but not dealt with. There weren't enough bar staff, one of the bar staff was clearly new and very slow, an extra person should have been put on until he gets quicker. It is a shame as I wouldn't go get to the venue again unless I really desperate to see a band playing. The way the main venue was set up it made it difficult to see the stage, but this is probably due to the age of the venue (there isn't much that can be done about that).
