I visited after a DisneyLand Paris charm broke twice and I was served by Lewis. He was so polite and understanding of the sentimental value of my charm, he gave me a few different options of what I could do. He was so friendly and chatty and made the whole experience so much better.

Visited Pandora Preston today 11th September 2022 and was greeted by a charming young gentleman named Lewis. What a refreshing change to be served by a professional, courteous, member of staff. Lewis listened to our requests and went above and beyond our expectations. Pandora have gained a valuable staff member within Lewis, we will certainly use this Preston branch again for any purchases and gifts we require in the future.

Had a really lovely time in Pandora particularly talking to Sammi who was incredibly helpful for me and my partner showing us the Marvel and Disney collection along with doing my ring and bracelet sizing. Such a lovely atmosphere and amazing people!

Amazing store!! Was in the other day shopping for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and I'm clueless about all this stuff, but Grace helped me loads and we settled on something that she really loves!!! Great customer service :)) give that girl a raise!!!

I visited the store to purchase a charm fir my bracelet and whilst there decided to fet some earrings. After deciding on which ones we went to the till where she advised they had been priced incorrectly and were £55 not £45. I said I would leave them as there where 3 other pairs all.marked at the same price. She got very irrated saying she would have to adjust the till.and I had wasted her time. As I left the store she was speaking loudly about me to her colleague "customer like that bug me just wasting my time". It's a shame as I go I to the store at least every other month th to purchase gifts. But I will think now before visiting again.

Went to buy a wedding gift. Friendly staff serving. And, seemingly lots of choice, although it's not my thing. I did find something nice though

Over the busy Christmas period I visited the Preston store on 2 occasions. I was assisted by 3 extremely polite, efficient and very helpful staff. Well done to the team for providing a very happy shopping experience.

Nice shop but not very good customer service, two girls would have a conversation with each other than serve their customers when we ask question they just pointed draw with rings and none willing to help and continued their conversation. Finally we'll been served by friendly man but we also have to ask him for help because that rings which we looking for was in hidden draw(I'm sure that girls knew about that) Staff look nice but not doing a very great job.

I attended Preston Pandora today (03/12/2022) , I had lost the chain on one of my bangles, asked if they did spares and unfortunately they didn't and the bangle I had was discontinued . The young tall lad in store was so helpful he spoke with a store manager, they bought my broken bangle off me for a good price and I could replace it with another and make up the difference. That was more than I was expecting excellent customer service ( sorry I did not get his name) but thank you

Absolutely amazing customer service from the lovely ladies in Preston! I bought a ring from Arndale store just before Christmas and I noticed one of the stones had come out, after contacting customer services via web chat , I was happy that it could be exchanged. I called up yesterday to see if Preston had the size in stock and spoke to the most helpful lady who happily put the ring to one side for me so I wasn’t wasting my trip from Blackpool. I travelled this morning to exchange the ring, whilst I was in store I enquired about another Pandora ring that had also lost a stone but I’d had it a while…….. to my surprise they exchanged that too as a good will gesture 😍😍 Sammy and Sophie are an absolute credit to your company and went out of their way to make me a very happy customer that will now gladly travel to their store each time I want to purchase from Pandora! Thank you so much ladies ❤️

Yesterday I visited this Pandora shop and I was left so disappointed by the attitude of the sales person I encountered. She was like a mixture of angry and sad and basically with no will at all of working. She was also chewing a gum which I don't think is top for a jewellery purchase experience. If I could give 0 stars I would give it. Worst of the worst. She was an Indian girl with long straight hair. I've been into this shop some times and to be honest it is really a very sad shop with sad sales assistants. The only one that I have encountered being nice was a young guy who showed great attitude and welcoming... But the rest of the staff (including the managers and supervisors) are totally incompetent, unhelpful, unkind and rubbish. I will never go back to this shop. SAD, SAD, SAD.

Visited the store today as my Disney Princess bracelet was forever falling off, just 3 charms on it, and a gift last year. A wonderful service was recieved even though store busy. I was offered an immediate new bracelet, completely new sane bracelet swap. Lovely young man Lewis served us and he couldn't have been more helpful or understanding as I didn't even have a receipt. Superb customer care

Nice large Pandora shop plenty of space to look around, great choice if you need a present for your loved ones.

Staff were relatively friendly, one shouted to get back in the queue after I was being served. Unfortunately they had none of the charms I actually wanted in, I ended up with my 8th choice. They did offer to have them delivered
