I attended this hospital for a procedure from going in to coming out I was treated absolutely brilliant.They were so friendly and caring everyone that dealt with me was very professional and pleasant.

We had a very impressive visit to the hospital, we were treated with both respect and friendliness, the staff were very informative and polite. The team were pleased to be of assistance as I am disabled the whole of the hospital was clean and all aspects of safety due to covid were in place and observed.I would recommend the hospital to all that need impressive treatment.

Very good covid restrictions and staff professional and friendly. Only impression I want to say that was bad was cleaning items stored in full sight of waiting room. Waste bin in treatment room was over flowing and so despite actions to make you felt safe with temp taken on entry,hand sanitizer available etc the worry on other cleanliness was there.

I encountered a terrible nurse here, who was so rude and antagonistic she made it impossible for me to go through with my cancer biopsies. She severely lacked professionalism and had zero emotional intelligence.

I met with Dr. Scholfield after being told I would be waiting 9 months to see the Cardiology Dept at the NHS. This was honestly the best thing I have ever done. I finally received a diagnosis and understanding of my condition and Dr. Scholfield was brilliant. An excellent cardiologist and takes great pride in caring for his patients. Thanks Greater Lancashire!

What an amazing place. Staff are so kind and helpful and from the second we got there it felt the care was very personal. Mum saw Dr Dobson. Honestly can say he was the craziest, nicest Doctor I have ever met. Don't know what he is on but I could do with some of it. Thanks to all staff there for being so caring.

I attended this hospital today for the first time. It is very accessible and easy to find and park. I was treated with kindness, and dignity. Although the staff were very helpful don't bother if your an NHS patient with other medical problems as they will give you false hope of help then say we'll refer you back to Royal Preston hospital. If you have plenty of money I'm sure you'll be fine

Just a short message to sincerely thank the whole team on Saturday at your hospital .Jayne was my nurse . They were obviously called upon to carry out a more lengthy and complicated operation with Mr Dilhal to remove this tumour on my head and remove skin graft off my leg. I was so impressed with the care and professional they treated me throughout including yourself Emily answering my questions prior to operation . Keep up the great work in assisting the NHS at this time .

Absolutely amazing clinic !! I was seen very quickly,lovely doctors and nurses all staff were so genuinely nice and i didnt feel rushed out once . The doctor really took his time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me make me feel at ease I only wish all doctors / hospitals were the same ..

Best cardio consultant we've ever had. Mr Kumar took time to explain everything in easy to understand language. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Can't recommend this hospital highly enough.

45minutes and still counting time to be seen! Unacceptable, appointment booked by them for 1pm, nobody is waiting here just me and still nobody came to see me. This is not a first time, it's been like that before pandemic. Avoid if you can.

I attended this hospital yesterday for treatment by Dr desai of the pain clinic, nicola was my nurse. I cannot say enough thankyous to all the staff here, they are all so kind and helpful. The secret is in the name. This hospital is great.

I attended today for treatment by Dr Desai and I was under the guidance of a wonderful team member named Sue who made sure I was comfortable . Sue made me feel at ease and made sure my wife was reassured of my progress whilst I was undergoing treatment by a fantastic doctor named Dr Desai . All the team at this great hospital were very friendly and approachable and each and every one of them were so nice and kind ! Thankyou Sue and Dr Desai and his team for your help in getting me better !

Reception very good and helpful, Theatre staff and consultant helpful and information , intermediate staff curt, just short if veing outrigt rude. No information given, I had to ask for details of what was happening, no discharge information. Not impressed. Just wanted to leave

Not impressed with the people walking into the room while I was half dressed!! On two occasions while having an ECG. I would not go there again… disappointing 😢

A warm and welcoming facility in a great location. All the staff are really nice to deal with and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The consultants on site were excellent and very friendly which is very reassuring. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back.

Well signposted, plenty of parking, very friendly reception and clinical staff who are also very knowledgable. Fast efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

Went for an ultra sound scan on my neck and I’ve got to say the treatment was first class the staff were very helpful and sympathetic. Well done keep it up guys 👏
