The rooms were not properly clean. Also, in the room where we stayed it had a safety hazard. The window was broken and the curtain holder. The restaurant where they serve the food is a place with dirty floors, not clean tablecloths (breadcrumbs all over them). The menu for breakfast was the most frugal, no choice whatsoever and low food quality. The place needs a lot of improvement and i don't see returning any time soon. Also no baby cots and baby chairs.

Limited staff, waiting just for drinks for 20 minutes, they forgot the order the first time, so we had to reorder, with guests only at two other tables.

Excellent cuisine, best fish restaurant Excellent location directly on the beach. Very clean. Politely staff all the time with positive energy.

The restaurant has very cheap and good quality food. The service in the restaurant and hotel is excellent. The room is clean but the toilet was very nasty, covered with mold. It was so nasty that we could not stand the moldy smell, so we bought a cleaning agent (Domestos) and we cleaned the toilet. Overall the room is new, good and very cheap. 2000 denars with breakfast is really cheap and worth it. Also the breakfast was good.

Good service,tasty food (though they have a limited offer on the menu),kids' playground and swimming pool on site. The location and the view over the Prespa Lake is absolutely marvellous
