    We went to McDonald’s Kolonnade at 16:10 bought 2 chicken fold over regular meals (takeaway) and the order came at around 16:50. McDonald’s in Kolonnade only pays attention to Drive thru people, it’s not the first time we experience this. When we got home after one bite we released the folder over had nothing inside expect the chicken. We waited for a very long time for food like this! UNACCEPTABLE ! I would rather eat at Wimpy or KFC when i’m at Kolonnade.

    Went in the drive-through. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait in the parking lot for my food, when they came to bring my food I had a look at it. It was not correct (20 minutes later). The lady grabbed the food out of my hands and went back inside. A picture of the grand chicken classic I ordered

    Service Very power always have to wait hours for service, third time in a row this happening. I wouldnt advise anyone ti buy here. they dont even pick up calls when enquiring bout orders. and look at the fries as will

    My husband oderd coffee and then my husband asked the cashier to please asked if they can please put in the sugar for him ,she said no the clients must do it themself in a very rude attitude why And its fine if you cant provide the service but the way she said it we will never come here again she was very rude ,always when he oder coffee at other macdonalds they always put the sugar with no attitude

    I think technology is taking over. I placed an order on the machines but I did not have my card with me so I had to pay cash . No cashier was willing to help😞 but there was this guy I forgot his name but it is Venda name he was kind and helpful went to get a cahier to help us. He has very good customers service.

    3 stars for service because the person who was serving our table kept forgetting what we ordered and went back two times to fetch our drinks. Maybe it was a hectic day I don't know.

    Went to the McDonald's, we ordered 7 foldovers and were asked to go an park. I said to them I will stay in the que as this is a drive through. They continued to serve the customers behind us and even walked out to the cars at the back of us to give them their food. All of the staff including Lerato (The manager) laughed at us and ignored us for 10 minutes. Very bad service and will never go back again. They do not worry about certain customers.

    It is now the fifth time in a row that I went there and they got my order wrong.I have been to this specific 1 alot of times before but the last few weeks the service has been going down hill and in addition to that be prepared to always wait atleast 15 minutes for your food to be prepared even if it is just 1 burger because they work very slow even on days when it's not busy. Very disappointed and would not recommend

    With McDonald's moving over to the electronic machines to order makes ordering much easier and also by using the app! I tend to go this way because less mistakes on my order and also a quicker way to get orders. More personalized as a matter of fact. The food was good and tasteful, and the service was fast! Would make use of this McDonald's in the future again.

    I ordered a big mac meal and then had friends that went to Nandos across the road order their food and they arrived with their food while i was still waiting for my meal. Once my big mac arrived and i got home and was surprised to see a big mac with no pickles, lettuce or big mac sauce only mayonnaise inside of the burger. Honestly a very disappointing visit and judging by recent reviews my experience was not an isolated case.

    I was just in McDonald's Kolonade and they placed a password lock on there male bathroom. Not on the female bathroom only the male bathroom. This is against my human rights to have access to a public bathroom and also reverse sexism. I feel that this needs to be addressed with immediate effect as this is unacceptable and I feel that this needs to be taken seriously. If you want to keep unwanted people out the put a different lock system in place that your customers can still use the public space without needing to asks permission like a school kid just to go to the toilet.

    Went in for a quick lunch but was shocked to see how expensive McDonald's has gotten. Service was fast, got my food within 5min from sitting down. The service is good but the food had no taste i didn't know if i was eating burger or the box it came in i had to add so much tomato sauce just for it to have some sort of flavour. McDonald's food is at the moment the worst fast food you can buy i would not eat here if you want tasty food. Only eat here if you want to waste money and if you are looking for a brand name to support.

    There is just always an issue at this Branch. Even when you order on Uber Eats / Mr D. You get ice cream cups that are filled halfway only, but we are paying for full ones. No ice in the drinks. Everytime we customize an order for eg. a simple thing such as "no pickles" they just put it on anyway. Then when you go back to tell them your order is wrong you get stared at and helped with an attitude. Chips always tastes old. Would not recommend this branch at all. This branch should go and take some lessons from the Atterbury branch who is always top notch with fresh food and excellent service
