The hotel is more than decent. It is good, extremely affordable (cheap one may say), the stuff is friendly, rooms are clean, water is hot, the AC is excellent, they serve nice English breakfast & the security is good too.. The parking lot has too tight spaces tho(I wasn't a fan of that) ,, and the TV monitors could be improved (they're too small) .,but all in all its a good hotel. We were only passing through, so we stayed there for one night & the experience was worth our while.

Ok the place is easy to locate, price of the room when book online are cheaper than booking there in person, their rooms are too small and there are few things that need to be looked into, there's no mat on the floor, their TV are so small and there are no camera on the parking.

Waited forever at the reception, was told price covers everything, but we still had to pay for breakfast. There are probably bed bugs, was itching the entire night. Blankets are too small. Overall customer service is terrible. Safe location.

The place is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. They don’t even have plugs to charge cellphones, the place was dirty and seemed like someone just got out, there’s no entertainment whatsoever. If you just want to sleep I would recommend it 2% and 0% if you want to be entertained or stay for a couple of days.

I booked a family room which is constituted of double bed and a single bed over the double bed on a bunker configuration of which was very good and neat. However The 3rd bed was in a form of sleeper couch which when unfolded to be a bed we realized it was never cleaned still full of grass and dust . The friendly stuff came in a clean it for us which is a bit of a turn off during covid times to be addressing hygiene in a hotel. There was also an issue about the amount I was told during booking and the amount I was asked to pay on arrival but the hotel manager sorted that out with ease after a quick seat down talk. On family room the TV is bit offset but it is nicely aligned on standard rooms. Supper is on request and must be done prior for an additional charge which varies depending on the meal of the day. Mine was R90 a plate, was worth every cent. They have a fabulous buffet with lots of variety at breakfast with friendly waiters waiting to assist when needed. Will Rate the hotel 3.5 Star for now.

Clean, quiet and cool. The TV didn't function and WiFi dropped here there. Maybe with time they will invest in a new bed set and shower head. Other than that its a highly favourable place to me.

The rooms were simple and not accomodating. There are no basic utilities such as a fridge or shower exit mat. My room was never cleaned. I had to come back from work and request for it to be cleaned. The water was cold, morning and night I showered with cold water. The buffet breakfast doesnt give you much choice. I didn't enjoy it at all.

It is good for one night and you go, with me had to be there for 6 days, No pool, No activities and the TV is the smallest I have ever seen. The rooms are clean, the staff from the reception to the house keeping are the best - 9/10 for them. The WIFI is a huge problem, make sure. You bring your own data...or else you will miss the important business meeting 1/10 for WIFI

I don't wanna lie the stay was bad not good at all nothing was impressive in the rooms, the bedding was little dirty, no fridge inside rooms, no simple water, the coffee powders was expired the service was good but you have to go downstairs to ask yourself no room service, no extra towels I mean we came as couple how can we use one towel ?? No window inside toilet All the way from Free state I trusted this hotel but noo👎👎👎

My only problem was that in the two nights we spent there, the water in the shower was just lukewarm and not hot which was a disappointment for me. Otherwise the location is great, it's easy to get around with bolt and though it's in Pretoria central it's not on a busy street which is a good thing in terms of safety. Five stars for the staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend the stay, I will definitely be booking again.

We made reservation and chose the option of paying at the facility. On our way we tried to call to let them know we are coming, but we didn't get through. On arrival we were told that the hotel is fully booked, which didn't makes sense because we didn't cancel our booking which was confirmed, we were not called or contacted before giving our secured space away. The guy at the reception said "I can give you my manager's number", which doesn't solve the problem at hand. We were told to wait 15 minutes and we were allocated a room which was scary. we only had one towel and 1 tissue that was almost finished, no shower gel or soap. We requested for towels but never received any. Breakfast ends at 10:30 but by 10:00 already the food was finished. I have been here before and enjoyed my stay but this time it was horrible.

In deteriorating state. 😔 Location has always been a problem because of the noise but now is worse because of the poor service my last visit the linens were not ironed towels smelled stuffy

The rooms were okay. However there were cockroach's crawling around the window and sound the fridge. The breakfast is buffet with a wide selection. Delicious as well.

I am at this hotel as we speak and I still don’t have a proper room. 1st room pillows were wet and dirty including the sheets I was moved to a second room, the room was not made literally beds had no bedding, no towels, it was just empty Then we moved to a 3rd one, pillows were full of makeup and sheets had yellow stains I have never been this disgusted and disappointed at the same time An hour later I still don’t have a room

We booked a family room for two days The room was stuffy and smell bad, The bed had bugs my body was itching and had sores from bitting. The room was extremely dirty, the sleeper couch was dirty. The personnel service was nice.Tv not working at least we had WiFi connection. I had to check out on the first night. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

The room had dust /lint and window didn't open. Dust kept coming out of the aircorn. Bathroom esp shower had bugs of some sort,pest control is needed here. There's no room service or cocktails at the bar. WiFi kept switching off

Visited the hotel for the first time on the 30 January 2024 the service is very good more especially at the dining room and food good .I was sleeping in room 509 the bed in that room is completely turn off i raised my concern at the reception but i didn't find help . You have to know that when we come to you looking for place to rest the first thing is the bed to be comfortable coz we want to rest . All in all the place is clean and in the CBD .

The hotel is okay but the service we got from the receptionist was bad, I don't know if it's because we from another province. She didn't want us to view the room. She told us there is no room service, no cleaners. Wanted to speak to the manager, she told us the manager is in the meeting . Maybe it's okay if you from around but if you speak a different language or you from another province I don't recommend. No towels, no soap, sticky showers

The photos are deceptive, area / location is unsafe and definitely not family friendly! Staff is friendly and helpful but we felt so unsafe, we booked for 4 nights stayed only 5 minutes.

The place could do with a lot of improvement, the smell of food overpowered the whole hotel, management should invest in air revitalisers per floor, the cleaning staff should not keep trash bags as they clean because it add to the odour. Imagine bumping into a trash bag when you get out of the elevator. The beds were also not comfortable pretty much seemed like old beds. The food was very nice though, i enjoyed the dessert the most.

Can't complain much, the only challenge was that I booked a day before and admin failed to e-mail the quotation for the reservation I made. Even on arrival I asked them to send it, they still failed. Other than that it is a nice place and the staff is offered a good service. I would recommend it to other people.

The place is affordable and convenient. It's secured but the hotel uses a card to unlock the door which was a problem. The card was constantly giving us problems.

I couldn't get an Iron for an hour this morning after requesting for it. Followed up with reception four time a she kept on telling me to keep checking if there was any iron by the passage. I am now going to work looking like I slept under the tree with my cloths not iron.

Had such a bad experience waited 2 hours to get the key card to the room. 1 person working behind the desk and more than 20 people standing in the very small entrance way waiting to be helped. People received key cards and when they got to the room there where already people in the room, some people's rooms where not even cleaned, with al the chaos there where staff members outside in the parking area not even helping. The 2-point plug in the room did not even work. You had to hold the plug in for my phone to charge. The bedding was also very old and new pillows are also needed.

Definitely highly recommended. Professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness overall, is a 5 star rating... Great food, never a dull moment..

Room safe not working, TV channels a waste- no movies only adverts, cheap handsoap to use in shower, blood stains on sheets, no window latch on window(bangs when open), door only opens +-50 ° , no milk, and not enough sugar. Food was at least satisfactory

The service was very poor, cold breakfast, the cleaning staff lazy to do house keeping, they dont want to provide basic staff,its like you are in a one star hotel, very old bedding.

The staff is professional and friendly. Cleanliness and level of service is up to standard. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Good value for money.

Check-in was a fast process. Parking is an extremely short stroll from the lobby. Beds are fairly comfortable.

A nice hotel if you want to save money, with clean facilities and friendly staff. The place has sensible rooms but the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The televisions though are disappointing, as they are tiny and there is only one or two boring channels playing. Overally, this is a nice clean place to go to if you are on a budget

The room was too small. There was no fridge even when we went to reception to request for it still there was no proper space for it. No bath mat in the bathroom also, I didn't enjoy that much

Very Poor service. Wont recommend for someone who is looking for a decent place to stay. No shower gel, or soap and requests not attended to. They would rather lie and not deliver. Zero house keeping. Called reception for shower gel and they promised to deliver three times. Waited till I decided to move somewhere else.

This is as good as sleeping in Marabastad, except that Marabastad is quiet at night. The noise here knows no bounds and it's not controlled. It's a shebeen with beds. Parking? Only great if you drive a small car. Mazda 2 is not small enough.

It was nice but it looked more like a student accomodation. The room was clean but the bath sheet had stains. No drinks except coffee or tea.

The staff was efficient when we needed help. The key card was a problem, we kept going downstairs. Overall we had fun and enjoyed our stay

It's a good and safe place,closer to the Pretoria CBD, clean and friendly service. However the rooms are not sound insulated (the screams next door got me in my nerves 😂😂. I highly recommend the hotel for work and business travel. Rooms are clean, coffee and tea available

Worst experience I have ever had booked in and we booked out immediately after seeing the room! I just waisted my money please look for alternative hotels that are close by that is only a R100 or R200 more! Dont understand how this place was rated a 3 star its not even worth a 1 star!! Stay away! There is a stench in the entire hotel. Cockroaches everywhere! Extremely dirty! Inside the very small room with a tiny tv the wooden floor was dirty, the bedding was worn out and old. There was urine stains on the bathroom floor! Honestly this "hotel" is NOT for a family! Staff was rude really DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Didn't have much of s problrm with my room. The tiny TV with a remote that sits not work as well as the lukewarm shower really dissapointed me. There were loud noises and fights from a certain room and it took nearly two hours for someone to come snd deal with the situation in the middle of the night. However the experience wasnt too bad. Oh and the receptionist took an eternity to answer my call whilst trying too book over the phone

I like Goin to the place nice everything except when u use WhatsApp to ask for assistant they reply u whn u already left.
