Upon
arrival
(I
will
add
that
it
was
very
late),
the
service
seemed
fantastic.
We
required
accomodation
for
3
people.
We
booked
into
a
family
room,
upon
approaching
the
lights
in
the
parking
area
was
dead
and
there
was
no
lights
or
electricity
in
the
room.
They
offered
us
2
rooms
in
the
hotel...
its
late,
our
car
broke
down
so
we
are
tired
and
dirty
and
now
stranded,
so
no
other
option
but
to
accept.
In
the
rooms
we
had
main
lights,
NO
hot
water
to
get
clean,
NO
power
from
the
plugs,
so
we
couldn't
even
have
a
cup
of
coffee.
NO
plug
power
to
dry
hair
to
look
presentable,
we
could
not
even
charge
our
phones
(this
is
NB
as
we
need
to
contact
insurance
and
sort
out
the
dilema
in
order
to
travel
home).
NO
television,
NO
airconditioning,
NO
working
vending
machines.
Upon
booking
in
we
were
never
advised
of
the
electricity
issue,
nor
were
we
given
the
option
if
we
want
breakfast
included
or
not?
I
feel
that
paying
the
amount
we
paid
and
the
NO
information
relayed
to
guests
is
totally
unacceptable!
