Ever since Covid this branch has gone down terribly in service quality. The staff at the drive thru don’t listen when you order and also take their time processing orders but yet still make mistakes. Honestly if this keeps up I’d rather go to KFC just next door because there you actually receive what you order. So before this sentence was the first review the second one is worse! Thanks for my patties that weren’t on my burgers definitely won’t be visiting this branch again. Absolute joke just close and make way for a burger king.

Went out yesterday to order 3 burgers[2 Chicken Big Macs and 1 Beef Big Mac]. We received an incomplete order when we arrived home even though the employee at the last window ensured us the order was complete. Upon this discovery we drove back and raised this issue with the manager and the employees on duty where we were met with attitude by the manager as he did nothing to address this inconvenience but threw their trainees under the bus and failed to take responsibility for the incident. Furthermore we still got another wrong order after reiterating that we ordered 2 Chicken Big Macs and 1 Beef Big Mac we instead received 2 Beef and 1 Chicken. So disappointed in the store's management.

Drove to McDonald's Waverly after attending a church service (My Heart was full, needed my stomache full as well) 🤣😉 Arrived just too late for the Hashbrowns, the manager arranged Hashbrowns even though there was none prepared dut to it being after breakfast hours. The Hashbrowns as always excellent .... Well done ..great service with a smile !

I went through the drive thru, there was no one in front or behind me but when I reached the window to receive my food they told me to wait in the parking for 3 min. After more than 15 min passed, I decided to go into the restaurant. When I gave them my slip and told that I have been waiting for my drive thru order for more than 15 min, my order wasn't ready yet. It wasn't a big order and I feel they just completely forgot about my order and didn't show any sign of being sorry. Not the first time I received slow service, but it feels like every time I go back the service gets worse.

I've written this Review to thank Nqobile @WaverlyMcDonalds for her genuine kindness and helpfulness. You made sure my partner and I got our food tonight! As late as we were. Thank you. You brought a happy face to a happy meal.

Bought the Snack box and what they advertise is not what you get. The only sause they give you are jelapino, and I don't eat that at all. No milkshake in stock for 2 days in a row...branch not worth the time.
