It's big, the staff is friendly, we did not have to wait long for our order. It has a big play area for kids as well

GREAT steaks,however the patty on the burgers is a bit of a let down. Great service, very welcoming staff. Restaurant is very clean and neat. We love the summer coolers that you have.

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the orders were served at a reasonable time.The staff was just amazing, our waiter paid attention to our needs and served us well. This truly is a family restaurant, with a big play area for the kids.

The "Pensioner's Special" is a very good deal. I had the rump steak option, my wife had the calamari. Both were outstanding. I can say it was the best rump steak I've had in a long time. The staff were friendly, efficient, and the management were very attentive. I can highly recommend this restaurent.

I went for brunch this morning The music is terrible it seems that they cater for jong people in night club somewhere. Just so you know in the middle of the week people who go for brunch is 99% pensioners. The music is so loud that the waiter couldn't hear me nor could I hear him. They should learn that they need to cater for the customer and not the staff The food was okay but there is no healthy options like a fruit salad

It is an amazing Spur especially for kiddies. My son enjoyed the play area. The food is for sure not the same as I remembered it as a child and young adult but our waiter, Solly was very nice and professional.

Food was delicious. Char grilled rump and vegetables on a hotplate 👌 Watermelon and Rose cooler. Ample parking and functional during load shedding.

No happy at all! I booked a table for my sons 10th birthday... i asked whether there will be masks, table clothes etc to make it feel its his birthday but there were nothing! We always spend thousands of Rands!

Excellent service !! Amazing waiter Salby was very friendly and the food was even better . Food came out really fast and you could see the waiters running around to make sure all orders went out as soon as possible and to top it off everything was delicious 🤤 . I genuinely enjoyed every bit of my meal . This play area is also the best play area I’ve ever seen and my son loved it . Staff was attentive and very friendly. Manager was also very friendly and well mannered walking past with a friendly smile . Definitely the best spur ever.

Very nice experience, they are exactly super quick with the orders and the food and we were about 16+ including the kids. Food was really great and staff was super friendly. Would have been an easy 5 starts if they had cameras with a screen so that we could easily monitor the kids playing outside. Highly recommend them

Very busy and for good reason. The food is great and there is a large play area for the kids. I always like it when the kids get tagged so that they can't leave without an alarm sounding.

The best breakfast in Pretoria. I ordered the breakfast with a pork sausage and fried mushrooms. I received a massive pork sausage that looked like a footlong pork sausage. Our server Sizwe was excellent and very swift and professional. The only thing I can fault is that we received a bottle of tomato sauce of which the lid was not properly closed and the top part of the lid was smeared with old tomato sauce. I would suggest that they clean all the bottles before opening the restaurant. I did report this to our server Sizwe and he did apologize, so let's hope that they will tend to this issue. Overall a very pleasant experience with huge and tasty portions of food. Definitely excellent value for your money. Also one of the Spurs that still have a smokers area.

This is an awesome spur, I love the kids playground and how they have dedicated staff to ensure the safety of children. Definitely great for a family visit

Amazing play area for kids. Food was ok. Waiter tried hard to keep all happy, but was very busy. Super unhygienic to say the least. Floor / line managers no show and do I dare say incompetent, judging by hygiene, service, proper qualified staffing and overall food quality. It all starts and ends with management.

The service at this Spur was terrible. We were ignored while waiting for a table and many were seated ahead of us, despite not having a booking or having called ahead. The manager ignored us multiple times and the wait staff talked over us often, overlooking us being there and waiting for a table. I am severely disappointed and would discourage anyone from eating there. What an unwelcoming environment- especially for our child. I am disgusted.

When one orders a mishroom fillet, there should not be basting sauce underneath. It does not make logical sense. You receive the filter coffe without marshmallows like it is stated on the menu and when you complain, the waiter argues that it does not include marshmallows. And then one has to point it out using the menu. The kiddiee special arrives without the toy, which upsets the toddler. The salt and pepper shakers looks like it only gets refilled, but never cleaned. It was very busy, as I suspect it normally is on a Saturday. Thenvthe birthday songs is earbursting loud and most of the time, just any sound that comes to mind for the waiters with hands being clapped as loud as possible. The background music did not fall softly on tge ears as well. Overall, I feel the Spur management should give better attention to food, service and atmosphere. If it was not for the kiddies party, I do not think i would ever have given the restaurant another chance to be of service to me.

This is the perfect place to take the whole family. Vast outside play area with adjacent seating, friendly staff. The food is as good as you can expect from a franchise restaurant. The place is quite busy so your order may take a little longer but you know it will be fresh.

Nice place to go and get some work done when loadshedding hits. Network speed is alright. Charging ports are available and, as opposed to very few other restaurants, work during loadshedding. I've always been well taken care of by their waiters. Very friendly and attentive staff. Whenever I've ordered food here, it has mostly been very tasty, just not very warm. Spur could work on having some more waiters on shift, especially on Sundays when it seems to get pretty packed. Doing great, guys!

Burning Arrow Spur provides amazing service. I regularly come here to work and have breakfast or even just a cup of coffee. Service is always prompt and fast. food is great and cooked to my desire without excess oil. If a problem is encountered, it is promptly sorted out and issue beyond their control are communicated with you timeously. Their waiters (TsiTsi, Johnny among others) are friendly and amazing and know what you need beyond anything. thanks for the service guys

Really awesome kiddies area is all I can really say. Because service was ok, not excellent, ordered one drink and then never got offered again. Bathrooms were also untidy and when I told the manager, he told me, they very busy, and my reply was ... And?? And he just looked at me. So I will go back for the kids to play in the kids area, but I will not expect much from the service or other facilities. The staff in the kids area were excellent and awesome with the kids, just like to compliment them.

Fantastic breakfast! Great service and the food was so tasty. I did ask for a soft egg and it was abit overcooked but the breakfast was a winner. The plate is abit small for the meal as when you cut the food comes out on the sides, maybe a bigger plate for the breakfast to not be so messy

Wonderful experience for my daughter's 7th birthday party. They really cater for the kids with their amazing specials. Their birthday party deal is very affordable and they include everything you will need ! Their play area is amazing and your kids can play safely for free, they are also tagged, so if they walk past the door an alarm will sound. They are going the extra mile ! Thank you, Spur

Service is good. Awesome play area for kids, but didn't see any staff around keeping an eye on the kids. I had a very delicious chicken schnitzel, chips and onion rings perfectly made the way Spur does it, my daughter had smiley chips as a side, wish they weren't a day or two old.
