Comfortable accommodation and close to Menlyn Mall. Nice a la carte breakfast service as well, I love their cheese and mushroom omelette.

1. Linen smells 2. No soap and shampoo 3. No kettle but coffee and tea in sachets is provided. 4. Drunks sitting at the pool area making a noise 5. USB connections do not work. 6. Has become more expensive

Located in an up market part of town. Waterkloof Guest house was such a find. Very lovely rooms and service. We had a great stay. I'd recommend it to anyone anyway.

Nice atmosphere. Very quiet. Close to everything. Nice big rooms and bathroom. Bathroom has a shower and a bath. Rooms have a small kitchen. The outside garden is beautiful. The only downside was that there were black mowl on the bathroom ceiling and quite a lot

We visited as a family for a night. The room was in excellent condition. Aircon in working order. Bottomless coffee. Very nice breakfast. A good price per person.

I loved my stay here. They are in a good location, have bar fridges, a hairdryer, a microwave, and iron and a kettle. The garden is beautiful 😍 and they have a swimming pool area. The staff is great and friendly

Stayed here for 1 night for the Westlife concert and absolutely loved it! All the staff were so friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we needed. Close to restaurants and shops and felt perfectly safe. Loved the tranquil atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for hosting us!

As 2 females traveling we neded a safe place for us and the car. And it was very safe and secure. It has car shelters. Close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great gardens. Great quality of furniture and beautiful paintings.

Very comfortable, and staff are friendly and welcoming. Boithumelo goes out of her way to accommodate staff. The breakfast is fantastic.

I loved the placei🥰I was not a guest but went to render Mobile Massage Services, the room was spacious to accommodate the Massage bed, I hope one day I will be a guest the parking is safe with surveillance cameras 👍💯👌

Very nice little guest house with all the amenities you require. My only gripes were that there was a mess up with my booking (booked via Agoda) and they have issues with OTAs where they are unable to contact guests directly after a booking has been made. My other issue was that the aircon in the guest room was extremely loud and wasn't working properly. Other than that I would definitely return - very reasonable rate too. Recommended.

I chose this property mainly based on location and being pet friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised at the comfort and great value. Due to a favorable exchange rate, I booked the Executive Suite. It was quite comfortable with a great spa tub that we put to good use. The property was in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. I would very much like to visit again during the summer since the pool was located a few short steps from the front door of our room.

Staff at reception was helpful, but not friendly. The room was full of mildew and damp. The bath was not properly washed. Breakfast was disappointing for a 5 star guest house.

We are a family of 4 who came up from Northwest all the way to Gauteng to spend Christmas with our folks. The lady on the phone explained that we needed 2 rooms - one for us adults and one for the kids. I asked the price and she gave it to us - so I excepted the booking terms. When we arrived late that night before Christmas, beyond tired, the guy at reception told us that we had to pay said price for EACH of the 2 rooms!! We then had to drive all the way back home late that night, because the incompetent receptionist would not stick to the original booking terms!! We are beyond livid and extremely disappointed in this guesthouse!

Very beautiful place with rooms that make you want to stay longer. The lawn is neat and the garden is well kept with beautiful flowers. The breakfast has variety and is delicious 😋. The swimming pool is sparkling clean but not so spacious. The bar area is also clean and service is 10/10. Parking space is limited when compared to no. of rooms. The gate is remote controlled and theres CCTV so safety is good. Overall it's 10/10 🙂🙂, value for money.

The place is so breathtaking with beautiful friendly staff that knows customer service. The place is very neat and mostly we enjoyed breakfast. I won't hesitate to go back. My mind is so refreshed. Thank you for the wonderful stay

We had a garden baby shower for a friend at this place last week Saturday. This place is absolutely beautiful and all the guests were impressed with how lovely it was. We had so much assistance from the staff with setting up and providing everything we needed. A special shoutout to Mpumi for going out of her way to ensure the event was a success 😍

Excellent environment and location, very calm and relaxed, a small pool to add the serenity and its own semi private bar with nice selection of liquor. A near by market and eatery. Right next to a Golf course. The facility has its own parking

Very nice for a night stay with clean and large rooms, very friendly as well as accommodating staff, with a beautiful garden environment surrounding the rooms. Amazing breakfast service that offers more than enough variety on food and drinks. Would definitely recommend for the area.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. My 1st room the mattress was very uncomfortable due to the mattress being finished and the matress springs would hurt and i did not have any nights rest. The shower ceiling had mold and probably needs to be replaced. They changed the room for me without any problem, but I would suggest they look at the condition of their beds or mattresses as this mattress too was finished.

Was a lovely stay lol but at a point it just seemed like a one stop "pop" as we were sitting outside one evening and there was a couple in a room screaming like bunnies. Otherwise it's a lovely, affordable pet friendly place with lovely breakfasts and extremely safe and enclosed parking. So it's a yes from me.

Location, we'll located. Rooms very tidy, friendly Staff and tasty as well as value for money Breakfast . BUT ....we had to ask for our mattress to be replaced - old and uncomfortable. Which they did, thanks. The On Duty Manager must insure that the noise levels of some of the visitors / guests that do not respect other people/ guests staying there. Mainly in the evenings till LATE Evening. This needs to be Managed! A good night rest is vital for Guests.

All I can say is EXCEPTIONAL. The staff members are so friendly, the rooms are comfortable, homey & airy. We had booked the garden for a themed party - the decor was better than I had anticipated and the food was delicious. Thank you so much, for making my event worthwhile.
