One of the Most Revieweds in Pretoria
Kolonnade Shopping Centre offers a wide selection of shops, but be prepared for potential parking payment issues and crowds. Consider visiting during off-peak hours for a more pleasant experience. Management should address cleanliness and payment issues.
Parking payment is cash-based and often problematic. The mall can be crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. Check for elevator functionality if you require it. Be aware of potentially controversial advertising displays.
It's the middle of summer, and no air conditioning that works.
Absolutely terrible experience trying to escape the mall. None of the parking machines accept cards, but cash also doesn’t work.
Kolonnade used to be a good mall, but now it is utterly disgusting and a waste of time.
HIGHLY inappropriate advertising display at the one entrance - showing an accident scene and mannequins as people involved in the accident.
The mall is clean and has most of the desired shops.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It's the middle of summer, and no air conditioning that works. Most of the machines to pay for parking does not work, firstly they say you have to go to the parking office if you want to pay with card, but even cash was an issue. (And we walked all the way from Entrance 2 to FNB to draw cash, and when we came back, we had to wait for 15 minutes in the queue, and then the machine did not want to accept our newly drawb R50). Out of 3 machines, only one worked, and everyone trying to pay couldn't , the car guard had to help the people to pay, because there was a crazy queue. The floors inside the mall are disgustingly dirty. (On the other floor, some were totally not working, and other pay points only had 1, but no card payments).Kolonade used to be a good mall, but now it is utterly disgusting and a waste of time. DO NOT GO THERE. Save your time, and energy, and rather go to a different mall even if it's a 10 minute extra drive. It's a dump. The photo shows the queue for parking payment.
Probably the best shopping destination located in Montana , Pretoria, near the N1 highway.A haven for shoppers, offering a diverse range of stores and services.Over 150 stores, including major fashion brands, local favorites, specialty stores, and restaurants are housed there. For Security there is 24/7 security with foot patrols and CCTV cameras all over. Complimentary wheelchairs available for the elderly or injured. Trading Hours The mall's trading hours are: Monday to Friday: 9am - 7pm Saturday: 9am - 6pm Sunday: 9am - 4pm Public Holidays: 9am - 5pm
Easy parking is available but charges R10 for covered parking, which is ridiculous these days with so many people struggling to make ends meet. Good variety of shopping available and a reasonable food court. Clean and well maintained, security is visible and friendly.. Should allow at least 30 minutes of free parking or completely free parking for those spending over R1000 on shopping. It helps shops attract customers. All in all, it's with a visit .
The guy from the Security shop opposite Mugg n Bean is always trying to get me into his store when I am just walking past minding my own business. I don't want to complain but this is about the fourth time this happened in a row. Is such marketing practice allowed in the mall?
If you come to shop at Kolonnade, make sure you’ve packed your things and you’re ready to move in. Absolutely terrible experience trying to escape the mall. None of the parking machines accept cards, but cash also doesn’t work. Can’t leave for free either. Worst mall in Pretoria by far. 10/10 would not recommend. The owners can do much better.
HIGHLY inappropriate advertising display at the one entrance - showing an accident scene and mannequins as people involved in the accident. This is not a nice sight for people who have been affected by accidents like this and lost loved ones. If this was a safety advertisement, fine, but its advertising bakkie spares. Why make people see this ? Really dont think its fitting and quite upsetting
Great mall great shops it’s a vibe
The mall is clean and has most of the desired shops. I love the fact they are catering for young ones now with the Ninja spot. Worth visiting.
It is the only mall around here that still doesn't use a card payment for parking fare. I dnt understand why because it is always fully packed. You put in 50 Rand note and you get 45 rand coins🚮. The lift was broken for 2 weeks and all of us using trolleys were stranded.
Kolonnade Shopping Centre is a great place for the basics! It has everything you need, from stores to food options. Parking is abundant, making it easy to get in and out. The center is well-organized and convenient for a quick shopping trip. Always a pleasant experience with plenty of space!
Convenient, easy and on the go Mall, to get all your daily supplies. It also has the best range and products that other malls of the same stores do not have.
4-Star Review for Kolonnade Shopping Centre Kolonnade Shopping Centre offers a great selection of stores and dining options, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to shop. The layout is easy to navigate, and the mall is clean and well-maintained. There’s a good mix of retail, groceries, and entertainment options, perfect for a day out. The only minor downside is that it can get crowded during peak times, which may lead to longer waiting at the tills or parking. Still, it’s a solid choice for both quick visits and longer shopping trips!
